Fog and Lorenzo reminds me of the story of the tailor who told an Emperor that he was wearing the most valuable suit in the world, that suit would not be visible to the unworthy. Since no one wanted to seem unworthy, they would not admit that in reality the emperor was naked? Including the Emperor himself...
Seeing other UA-camrs who specialize in garment and textile construction take these apart, and then explain why the materials and finishes are worth a 10th of the price of retail is depressing. I bought pleated wool/cotton slacks from Fear of God's main line that they took apart, and basically told me the 4 grand I spent on 2 pairs of pants was a massive waste because of subpar construction quality and mid fabric. Lux brands as a larger whole seem to be slacking in their quality standards.
I got the black zip-up hoodie and a grey long sleeve polo. The zip-up hoodie looks and feels premium. The material is also heavy, different than a regular essentials hoodie. The hood is bigger and the zipper and the back logo is solid. I also paid almost 300 CAD on it, and I am happy 😊
I know I'm gonna get hate for this.. but I'm 6"2 (187cm) and my XS tee and S shorts came today and they fit me perfectly lengthwise, quality is amazing sooo happy with them 🤩
So I feel your sentiment with the nylon pants I have a pair of the cargos that released and I’m 6’ went with a size small which does work for me but as you mentioned about them sliding down it’s very true I feel as though the xs in them would’ve definitely worked a lot better but I’m not gonna complain because they are an amazing set of pants
