- In this video, I'll be discussing my experience with different artificial intelligence (AI) tools that I've used to organize my meeting notes. I have a busy schedule, and I struggle to find the time to summarize and organize my notes from various meetings. Therefore, I've tried out a few AI tools that could help me with this issue.
In this video, I'll review three different AI tools: Otter.ai, Fireflies.ai, and Readthat.ai. I'll explain why I believe that Readthat.ai is the best tool for my needs, particularly because of the meeting summaries and engagement scores that it provides. However, I'll also mention areas where Readthat.ai could improve, such as better sharing options and more programmatic tools.
Overall, I recommend Readthat.ai as an excellent tool for anyone struggling with organizing their meeting notes. It's been a huge help to me, and I think it could be beneficial to others as well. So if you're looking for an AI tool to help with organizing meeting notes, then you'll want to watch this video.
Hi Guys here are the link to the entire playlist on setting up Read AI with Notion, Microsoft Teams and Google Calendar

So, I recently jumped headfirst into AI meeting assistants as well and tried this one based on your recommendation. At 6:28 when you mentioned being able to share it without logging in, all you have to do is click the share button and change the Link access to "Anyone with the link" before you send it. just FYI
Most trustworthy review on AI transcriptions I’ve heard so far. Thank you.
Laughed that one of the transcripts on your screen said "Dwain, you're on mute." The agony never ends....
Love your no bs youtube, huge boost to productivity! Thank you
Very enlightening and helpful. Thank you. Subscribed.
Great info. Really appreciate the breakdown too.
I have been using Otter for a couple of days and agree with you that is pretty basic. I am going to try read ai now based on your suggestion.
Exactly what I was looking for and to the point! Thank you!
You're welcome!
Not including full access to a product's features during a trial period simply mystifies me 🤦♀
"they're gonna take over our lives soon anyway" lol. Thanks so much for this review, I have the same issues you have been and it was good to get some outside perspective.
Informational and objective. Thanks man!
Glad you enjoyed it!
thank you for the honest review
Thanks for the review, I also look for something not overcomplicated so I just tried Fathom, not bad
great reviews… very helpful ty
very helpful. thanks man
Thank you so much for this review! Subscribing :)
Thanks for the sub!
Check out some other videos I posted on read ai describing its limitations and how to get around them.

Does this only work with online meetings or also with in person meetings?
Superbe comparison my friend, god bless you
Thanks, you too!
Have you managed to try zooms new Ai Transcription + meeting summary note feature?
Wondering how the tools you mentioned compare vs zooms AI feature?
This is an excellent question. I'll certainly review it and get back to you.
Appreciate the comparison! Also I suspect the bots heard you and tried to sabotage your light.
😂 too funny! you're probably right.
😅😅😅
oh man, that was funny 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Would love to get your take on tl;dv and Fathom. I predominantly use Zoom, so Fathom not supporting Google Meet isn't a dealbreaker at all. I wasn't a big fan of fireflies either.
I most certainly will! I'l let you know after I use them for a few weeks. Thanks
Can read be used using one computer to capture a multiple (5-8) attendee in-person meeting?
Yes, you can, in fact I plan to do a video on this exact topic. Thanks for bringing it up.
how do you not let read joined a meeting right away, like being able to chit chat with guest before formally allowing read to join the meeting in order to record the meeting?
This is a really interesting question, I had to think really hard how to solve it 😂 anyway, to answer your question, you can add everyone to the lobby or waiting room then only admit read, ai when you are ready. Here is a video with more details: ua-cam.com/video/gK7iRkTZORw/v-deo.html hope that helps.
For Teams, does Read notify everyone you are recording notes?
Yes. read ai will add message to the chat, notifying everyone that you are recording meeting notes.
You don't have the full versions so how can you do a full objective review?
That's fair. I have since bought the full version, stay tune for my updated review coming soon.
2:06 LOL 😂
lol, happy you got a good laugh at my expense :D
how good is goodtape in terms of confidentiality ?
I can't vouch for any of these tools from a security standpoint, but in general, my advice would be not to record anything that true confidentiality/security is required. If you need enterprise-grade security for transcription, I would revert to tools like Microsoft Cognitive Transcription Services, where you can really make things private. However, for basic meeting notes, I would say this is overkill; in most cases, these companies are just fine.
@@dwainunfinished Thankyou so much ❤️
How about Avoma?
Haven't heard of them before, but I will definitely give them a try and let you know my thoughts. Looks promising though.
Just in case you missed it, finally got around to giving my review of Avoma. ua-cam.com/video/zC6nMWQdzyI/v-deo.html
what about supernormal?
Havent' heard of it. I'll check it out and get back to you, thanks for the tip!
I finally got around to doing a review of supernormal! I really like it and will be exploring more integration capabilities, stay tune. Thanks for the tip. Here's the link to the video: ua-cam.com/video/6I5UlZIkK6c/v-deo.html
Dude I get so pissed when someone makes an awesome review and won't add an affiliate link.
lol, I guess I should do that, shouldn't I. But I'm just happy you got some value out of the video. Appreciate the suggestion though. Thanks
Dwain, you should give fireflies another try. I bit the bullet and did the paid version, since I had a similarexperience to you on the trial.
The paid version is excellent and has great shareability, great summaries, and some more rich features as well
Thanks for the tip.
Twist: Brad is a 🤖 from fireflies 😅
lol
@@rickyshinobi2303 I would be far more productive as a bot I think. But I am loving fireflies, though not affiliated at all other than a paid subscriber. I've only been using it for a few weeks
@@braddefrank1633 Lol. I think you would be more productive as well. I am going to check it out. I have to look into the security, storage, and processing of information; I work in a highly regulated sector, so these things are a top priority. InfoSec will review this product; if they clear it, I will check it out.
its not them ist you. Browers tab is a dedciated process launched in incgonito mode dosent reatin session info. Do not use incognito mode.
Fireflies transcription sucks, especially when talking Dutch
