- In this episode, I interview Demetrice Ballenger who is a Real Estate Developer located in Houston, Texas. This is our first ever interview at an active development site where Demetrice is building 84 single family homes.
In total, Demetrice has well over 100 homes being developed which I had an opportunity to see all over the city. In this episode we discuss his journey in real estate development, the growth of Houston and we also did a walk through of the model home. Demetrice's preferred lender, Maurice Tillman also joined us to talk about how these homes can be financed.
*We ran into some technical difficulties with some of the footage, we appreciate your understanding

I am excited to become a Real Estate Developer!
One Love From Uganda. I Love Real Estate
Love from the mother land 🫡
I’m white but I think this still applies to me.
Yes indeed!
Builders in Houston waste a lot of money and material on steep roofs, considering it practically doesn't snow.
$110/sq ft is pretty cheap…….
Yes
Yeah I need that builder
👀
Would it be appropriate for me to start a channel called “white real estate?” Just curious. Why can’t it just be real estate dialogue? Am I not invited to the discussions and class because I was born with the wrong color skin? I just don’t understand, why use divisive language?
Respectfully, you can start whatever page you want, it's a free country. I have supporters and viewers of all races. Nowhere on this page will you see that the content is restricted for a certain race to watch. It's for all to enjoy which is why it's on a public platform. There isn't enough black representation in the real estate field so this platform was built to highlight our stories so that anyone who wants to watch can learn and be encouraged. Not sure why the name triggered you, however you are welcome here!
Fair enough thanks for the good reply and perspective.
@@jimdefazio8649 You're welcome! 🤜🏾🤛🏾
You don’t need to, y’all have that sector sealed up. For the few of US who want the knowledge, we must advertise one of us have obtained access and knowledge! You and yous get in my nerves!
Wow this is amazing! Love to see this in Houston!
Step 1. Have hundreds of thousands of dollars
It’s too bad we can’t all just be Americans and friends and not care about our skin color. Who gives a rip how much melanin we have?
Unfortunately, there are still many who are still set in their ways in how others should be looked at and treated. Sad, but truth.
To say that you are an American and not understand that racism was and is a part of the founding fathers of this country ideology and how it has shaped how it operates let me know that you are ignorant at your core.
Get a life, Jim 🙄
Man if you say "that makes a lot of sense" ONE MORE TIME. 😂
Lol filler words is a work in progress for me 😂
@blackrealestatedialogue I was about to say, i KNOW you took public speaking in college - don't forget what we learned. 😂 Nonetheless, this was an amazing interview - just giving you a hard time. 👏🏾
@@ogungunclub haha I appreciate your support, no offense taken at all!
