Oh my my! What is this? I can't believe this stretch of the road is still not repaired. I was there for 3 months at Thilixu in 2021 and I, for one, can say without any reservation that the condition of the road was horrible then. How on earth can the heart of the then Dimapur/now Chumoukedima be left neglected for so long!'....The news that the government of Nagaland has now given its words to start repairing that road at the earliest time possible is uplifting. I look forward to seeing the properly metaled road. Thank you, Hornbill TV for the positive news. I hope that I won't have to take that bumpy road ride AGAIN on that stretch of the road on my next visit.

I've been on that place but it's nothing compared to khushiabil. There is walls on both side of the road on a particular place and yes the water logging lasts for days after raining.

This road is the reason why my friend Ina and me have a strained relationship. My car is not capable enough to maneuver on this road because of potholes and visit him.
