Hi Parul. I made this chatpati chana chaat for dinner tonight. It was indeed super delicious. I consciously left out the potatoes. The idea of making a paste of the masala powders and mixing in the boiled chana was unique. Quite filling and high on taste. Three cheers to this recipe ❤️
