    Korean air sends 777s to pearson before?? Lucky you though, good job.
    Caught the Mickey mouse plane yesterday, now all I need is a taxi/take off shots of the Frozen plane. If the Hainan had a special livery it would have been a perfect spotting session.

    I know its a lot to ask but could you do some plane spotting at KORD? If not I understand. I love how you say where they are going to. That really stood out to me compared to other channels and that is why I subscribed.

    • @YQBspotting
      @YQBspotting  7 років тому

      Thank you so much man! The thing is that it is still a 15+ hours drive (one way) from YQB and by plane its pretty expensive. KORD is one of the most amazing airport in the USA so I'll do some spotting there one day but I just don't know when... in a few years maybe :P

    Which location did you use when you clicked WestJet with Walt Disney theme? You have an amazing collection. I was always fascinated with plane-spotting but never had a chance to do it except at St Maarten. Recently I accidentally found Bayfront Park which is very close to SFO and did plane-spotting and that re-ignited my love for it. I would like to thank you for posting such amazing videos with useful information. I am from NJ and now thinking of visiting Toronto during Thanksgiving and do some plane-spotting.

    How long did it take you to spot the A380s and the 747s? We were less then 15 miles from the airport for atleast 4 hours and I only saw some Dreamliners, 777, 717, dash-8 and other small planes...

    • @YQBspotting
      @YQBspotting  6 років тому

      It depends of the runway, usually RWY 05/23 is the one used by the heavies. I did 2 1/2 days and of spotting for this video :)

    Hey epic video I have one question, does American airlines still use that livery?

    • @YQBspotting
      @YQBspotting  7 років тому

      Thank you very much, there is still a few of their planes painted in the chrome livery but this is actually pretty hard to see them right now, especially in Canada.

    Well I'm In NY as you know, and even though we're not as cold as you guys the wind down here is blowing like crazy all. day. So is a good time to curl up with my 27" HD monitor and my comfortable office chair and watch another one of your great videos How many locations did you have to move to in order to keep up with the changes in runways?.

    • @YQBspotting
      @YQBspotting  7 років тому +1

      Thank you so much Chris! I actually switched from 05 to 06L more than 5 times to catch everything I wanted to lol! Otherwise, they switched landings from 24R to 24L during my spotting at the beggining of the video so I had to moove :)

      YQBspotting I see that you offered to send a Facebook message with good tips for plane spotting at YYZ. I went today and wasn't very successful . My main issue was that the one runway ( I was waiting at the petrol Canada off airport Rd) is being re paved and is closed. But I see you have a lot of different angles. Can you message me on Facebook? Braydon Miron, St.Catharines, Ontario

    If anyone can answer this: What days do the KLM 747-400, Emirates A380, Lufthansa 747-400, Delta 717, Cathay 777-300ER and the PIA 777-200LR come in or are some seasonal? Maybe some airlines use different aircraft depending on the day? I'm going spotting at YYZ this summer. Being a spotter from Calgary I'm excited to catch some of these but I need to know what day I should take the trip to YYZ to get the best results, especially the KLM 747. Thanks.

    • @YQBspotting
      @YQBspotting  7 років тому +1

      Hi! Emirates A380's are flying to YYZ on Mondays,Wednesdays and Fridays only. Pakistan B77L's are on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. Delta B712's are currently comming twice a day from ATL. KLM and Lufthansa 744's are daily, same for Cathay B77W's as they come everyday at night. Their daylight arrivals are on Wednesdays, friday's and Sundays only :) If you have other questions just let me know! By the way, even if 05/23 is used by almost all the heavies (usually) , they sometimes go on 06L/24R... Delta is rarely using 05/23 for landings actually.

      Long overdue reply, but thank you so much. Toronto trip is in 4 days and it just so worked out that Friday was free for me. Thanks for saving me and my family a ton of time! Now I just have to transfer the 2000 plus pictures off my camera from spotting at YYC!
