I see that there are many who mix the difference between Omar and Oomaar.
The name RAGEH is an original Somali name which means one born late or spent more time than usual in the stomach of his mother in Somali and the other is that OOMAR is somali last name while Omar is a Muslim name used throughout the Islamic world As they inherited from AS-HABA it is written as such on Somali CUMAR and englsih OMAR
