Mosquitoes and bugs. I live in central florida and the humidity here is terrible and you will get eaten alive without the screen.

I love them, Sir if I want to buy one for $200.000 how many bedrooms, bathrooms that I can have and how much deposit too please answer me.
It's depends on location. Some areas you can get a 3/2 for under 200k. But in most of my area that very hard to find. You will need at least 3.5% for a down payment.

As a Kiwi (New Zealander) I would love to move to Florida Gov DeSantis is the man, and wow you get so much more bang for your buck in houses than you get here. Why are all the pools "screened in" when you have such good weather, wouldn't it be hotter under the glass?
It is not glass. It is a nylon mesh. It keeps the pool clean and protects you against bugs.
