    For vegan and vegetarian.
    Quinoa is a complete protein. Buckwheat is a complete protein. Amaranth is complete protein. Also, soy, nutritional yeast.

    Doctor I was under the impression that having Graves and Hashimotos you should not eat eggs? I started back eating pastured organic eggs because I have TED but I am told I should not eat eggs. What do you think?

    I eat eggs every morning 10 years, 4eggs , avocado 🥑, bacon and green vegetables .Perfect blood results, just perfect ,no holesterol,no triglicerides 👌

    Egg 🥚 and bread 🍞 butter and cheese 🧀 hot 🔥 coffee ☕️ or 🍵, salt fish 🐟 and bake. Roti and Currys 🍛. Ppl can't afford those things y'all a show off
