Everybody who has Dobermans around knows that. But you have to remember how you felt when you first met one, growling and barking at you. I have no problem to admit that I was scared at first, too. Just to get to know what friendly, warmhearted animals they are. ^^
That’s precious; I think it’s so cool watching dogs (or any animals, really) display their personalities. We have a Malamute and a Border Collie, and I never get tired of watching them be weird.
I laughed so hard when I saw this because our dobermans do the exact some thing but what made me crack up was the way you talked back to your dobi lol my husband does the same mumbling that you did. lol When you go youyou doodoo shooshoo lol the mumbling jibber jabber that doesn't make sense but is just the way you feel like talking with them :) Thanks for sharing your beautiful baby.
my dob used to do the same thing xD it basicly means "I WANT CUDDLES I WANT CUDDLES" dobermans are like giant babies. the problem is that if you abuse them they are easy to breakdown :( and to turn crazy
@@yuri9343 Well, you said " the problem is that if you abuse them they are easy to breakdown". How is that the problem and not the abuse that caused it ?
I speak Doberman fluently by now. They are the silliest, smartest, sassyist breed EVER! We always have 2 rescue dogs. Generally we get an adult Doberman, then a year later, get a. Adult large breed rescue of the opposite sex. Dobe always train in new dog. God bless those of us who rescue adult "bully breeds". A Doberman is DEFINITELY NOT for everyone.
aww he is cute ! im recently getting one ! i adore doberman`s ! i used to have one since i was a baby and my brothers and i grew up with him his name was elmo he was sooo cute !! the most adorable thing on earth :3 sadly he died and now we have 2 chihuahuas and 1 french poodle , next one on board a doberman !!
My girlie does this CONSTANTLY, but, no barking, strictly 'chats'. This is our morning wake up game actually. She jumps down and stands in front of me then jams her nose into my face. (Every Dobie owner knows the 'nose poke'). This has to be followed with a 'go away!' and a subsequent nose push back. Then cartoonish snoring. Then, the conversation starts.... "aaaahhhhhhhhhraaa' 'shut it you vicious beast!' 'oooohhhhhhaaaaraahhhhhh' 'hush!' 'rrrrrraaa-AH!' Then, the flinging of the comforter, the jump back on the bed by the Doberman and at least 5 mins of snuggles before the inevitable 'What do you think? Should we get up?" At least 5 ear cocks, head tilts then, 'maybe it's time for.....breakfast?' and the scramble back off the bed. They're twits but funny as hell. :D My husband's game is the newspaper. He'll sit and read it and nothing. But, when he gets near the end, here comes Piper. On the last page, he'll shake it and hold it up in front of his face. 'mmmmaaarraaaahhh' 'Hush! I'm reading!' (Shakes the paper) 'arrooooaaaah!' 'no! My paper!' Finally, with the paper stretched as tight as possible, down comes the Doberman Paw of Doom and she tears it right down the middle, exposing Dad who, without fail, is properly shocked that she's there. :D
I Hate it when my dobie wakes me up every morning, he is so persistant, he will be nose poking me walking on me barking at me a half hour before he eventually manages to get me out of bed. But i love him tho hes such a smart dog!!
+californiaLove Yup! They're clowns for sure! Actually, there's a study somewhere where they put dogs into MRI's and checked their 'pleasure response' to certain noises. Opening of a can, the sound of their people etc etc and, apparently their BIGGEST response was to the sound of their people's laughter. Makes a lot of sense with Dobies, they seem to LOVE getting a laugh more than anything!
Katharine Erskine My Max had an awesome way of waking me up if I was sleeping in too long. He would slowly push his nose up mine ,take a deep breath in and then exhale down his nostrils right up mine! I swear by all the saints that nothing wakes a person up more quickly than that.
Oh...Btw...I LOVE that people are afraid of Dobermans. That's just a bonus for us. We dont live in terrific neighborhood. Our dogs are ALWAYS indoors except for potty or if we are outside playing with them.
What's not cute? This is very typical Doberman "talking." It seems extremely scary, but they are actually talking. Our Dobe does the exact same thing, but he definitely knows who is boss. They can go on for hours like this, and can even be taught "inside voice." We live in an apartment building, so "inside voice," is very important. They love to give that "matyr" look, which looks like they're unhappy, but they actually love it!
I do not allow my doberman to bark in the house unless the doorbell rings. but she does a lot of moaning groaning and whispering whilst talking to me....
He or she wants more kisses kisses kisses kisses kisses you have to give him kisses on her lips that's what I do I give my dogs kisses I kiss their eyes like I literally kiss their eyes they love it
Like I said if you give kisses on the eyes it's a tender thing you have to do you have to seduce the dog you understand you give subdued kisses kisses on the face on the on their nose on their snout and then you grab their eyes with your fingers and kind of pinch them but not too hard and then you getting kisses and eyes it's simple
Dobbies are so silly lol. That's why they're my favorite breed.
My Dobe does this too. She will "demand" my attention, especially when I'm on the phone 😊

What an elegant dog.

"problem". So the problem is that your problematic behaviour is creating a problematic response and that response is the problem ?
@@jaanisk606 what a bold assumption for you to make.
youre kind of an asshole arent you

Good!! If you abuse a dog and they turn on you, you get exactly what you deserve.

Love this!! ♥ how could anyone have clicked dislike :O
This would scare people who don’t know what the sounds mean - this dog is having a bit of a tantrum, and not aggressively barking or growling.
Precious!
lol almost sounds like hes singing a weird tune lol
um..... he's JUST BARKING! can you tell the difference probably not

nothings cute about this.
you should keep it off the bed and furniture at all times or the dog will think it is a higher pack member than you which is a recipe for disaster
