Thanks for doing these short vids. 💯% agree with all your points, however if I can add one thing for me at least, is cost/budget wins out most of the time. Sadly I'm running a radial 165- 15" radials upfront with 8.20-15" out back on an old 70's built '34 Plymouth hot rod (aka streetrod). Simply what it comes down to is I didn't have the budget to purchase a whole set of bias at once and wanted to drive the car. What really sets me off are the purest who rather than recognize it's a work in progress and ask me questions about the vision just walk up and pick it apart or belittle it not realizing I'm the owner. At the end of the day it's mine so they can buzz off anyway, but they should show a little class and walk away before mouthing off.
It used to be that there was nothing more American than Whitewall tires. Almost all European and Japanese cars never came from the factory with Whitewalls. A touch of class that gave the illusion the car sat lower to the ground.

Agreed! All depends on what they are on and what you're going for. I rock whitewalls on the front and blackwalls on the back!!! No I don't actually but I do believe my 58 bel air looks slick with whitewalls but my 48 dodge gasser definitely will always be black. Keep them coming bob!

Its crazy how different your dad's roadster looks with wire wheels and blackwalls vs the old wide whites. Show car to old timey race car

I was gonna put white walls on my 32 but then I didn’t. Had to sell it before I crossed over to the white side

it's not the "walls " it's the stupid hubcaps all of them are junk
