I love all your video's , you are an inspirational knitter and your Rivendell cardigan is absolutely gorgeous . No rambling at all, listening to you is an excellent excuse to sit and do my knitting too ! Thank you.🥰
Loved how the cardigan turned out and the ALL the details that you shared. I find it so inspiring and interesting to follow you overcome your struggles. I love your attention to details and think that you're totally entitled to be bursting with pride!
You might take some credits for my focus on Irish hand-dyers as well, as you influenced me in that and I bought myself some lovely sock yarn from Ballyhoura Fibres in the colorway Aran Islands at Indie Untangled. So lovely! It is the first yarn from my Rhinebeck weekend that has made its way onto my needles. I am thoroughly enjoying knitting up some Hermoine’s Everday Socks with it. Thank you for the inspiration. Love your projects and this podcast was not too rambly IMHO.
Your Rivendell Cardigan is gorgeous! Beautiful color and love the saddle shoulder modification! I’m happy for you that it all worked out and you definitely deserve to be proud of that work of art! Thanks for the enjoyable episode and keeping me company as I knit. I am knitting on the Skovbund Shawl by Fiber Tales.
Your cardigan turned out absolutely beautiful! I love the pattern that you are making for your mom, it’s lovely. I always have socks on the go, my addiction 😄
Congrats on your Rivendell Cardigan! It’s beautiful ❤OMG you had my head spinning while you were explaining how you calculated the yarn usage 😂 impressive!
OMMGGGGGGGG SO NIIIICE couldn’t wait to see the whole video , I got tears me too sure u should be proud of yourself I’m proud too 😂❤❤❤ very well done even better than original it’s YOUR Rivendell Cardi 👏👏👏
I got teary eyed too ! It was so nice to share the joy in your face and voice regarding your knit. The cardigan is beautiful but the joy is priceless ❤
Such a beautiful gift knit. Big claps for knitting for others! What love. Currently knitting Andrea Gaughan's Essential Beanie with la Bien Aimee in floro. I also needed this yarn to look beautiful in 2x2.
Such beautiful sweaters you’re making!! 😍 Thank you for sharing. I’m working on the Kingston Cardigan (picking up the button band & nearing the end 🎉). 😊 I watch a lot of knitting podcasts to get pattern ideas & love your descriptions of how they’re working up and the yarn you’re using. 🫶
So fun to see the finished Rivendell cardigan! It looks so awesome, and I love how you've modified it 😍 I'm knitting on the Gingham sweater by Sandnes Garn in Peer Gynt, and I think this will be my magnus opus of the year 😅 Just so much colourwork done flat
Love love love how the Karla cardigan is looking! Watched this while working on the sleeves of my own Ingrid sweater :) (In one strand of DK because my PhD stipend won’t stretch to mohair lol)
so glad the button band blocked out and you didn't have to redo it. it really isn't noticeable at all. i think the crease you were mentioning just gives it a bit of a comfy slouchy look and I wouln't view it as an imperfection. it is such a beautiful piece and so timeless, you will definitely be able to wear it until it falls apart.
Not rambly at all 🙂 currently knitting the Sally Sweater by Pernille Larsen from KFO and some vanilla socks for my husband. I *love* the chunky yarn for the sweater and how it's working up fast.
