honestly this was a little underplayed in the short, as (iirc) George played an airhorn sound effect DURING techblade's father's speech, and basically everyone else in the call said that they were disappointed and that it was fucked up.

The original clip is edited. Basically, technodad was giving a speech and George interrupted, followed by the events in the video. Not sure why the clip was edited though.

Yeah, the clip didn't show it, but George was super disrespectful throughout the event, saying he wasn't going to be donating anything to it, but also continuously playing the stupid sounds on the soundboard, even one techno dad was trying to make a speech. He was just very rude during that event. I don't hate him or anyting, but that was a pretty awful way to act during the charity event for your dead friend

He was using a soundboard while a man was saying a speech he made for his son who passed away from cancer. Maybe he was trying to lighten the mood, but he obviously didn’t think about it and was being extremely disrespectful.
He then continued on to joke about how all the money from the event should go to him, despite the fact it was for CANCER so he clearly didn’t learn his lesson. I agree that people shouldn’t make such a big deal about it and focus on the better parts of the event, but it’s also good to point out when somebody did something wrong. The wrong was him blowing an airhorn during a speech. I don’t understand how people think that’s okay.
This also isn’t George’s first time doing stuff like this. Him and his friends have done other stuff that should’ve gotten them cancelled a long time ago, which is why it’s becoming such a big thing
