Robin Williams - was and ever will be a "one in one hundred year" kind of actor. Robin was one of those super special gifted actors that had enormous range, enormous humor and the ability put so much feeling into his craft. Patch Adams - was probably a high water mark for me. I'm sure other may like others.... Robin will be missed.
I want to believe we go where we feel we deserve...heaven or hell. I too have lost everyone & everything, I don’t have much time left, just a few months. I’d rather wake up and be a strong self that never gives up...but I’m getting old, my memory is falling me and I’m tired of being alone! I’ll be homeless soon which I won’t allow....I hope when I take my life I don’t end up in the Dark. I want sunshine & beautiful nature & music & people & love. No more loneliness. ✌️❣️🙏

Thank you for this video to this song! I lost my man of 21 yrs Nov. 12th 2018 .We were never legally married and I worried would we know each other in Heaven or whatever you believe comes in the afterlife. I could not remember the name of this movie but I remembered the story. It has always had profound impact on me , now more than ever. I have to believe I will be with him again. I truly feel wherever he is he waits for me. I had a moment right before he passed when he opened his beautiful eyes and nodded his understanding. I was telling him that the chaplain and I prayed for him not to be afraid but I wanted him to get better to come home with me and if he couldn't he would go to Heaven. It was a gift from God and the worst thing in the world to let him go. I told him from this moment on I will miss him until my time comes to join him. Sorry such a long story I wanted to let you know why this song and video means so very much to me. Grateful more than you know!

He's in hell,, god does not approve suicide.
This is one of those deaths that I cannot, and will not get over. I loved him, he will always be one of the greats. He's just such a loss, and it is awful to know that he was in such pain. I have been there, and it hurts to know that he was too and couldn't find it in himself to stay anymore. Suicide is not weak, he did not give up; he didn't want to suffer anymore, and as sad as the outcome is, I am happy that he is at peace, because a beautiful heart like his did not deserve to suffer.

this is one of my favorite movies... to be able to understand that a person who really loves another would dare walk into the dark to try to pull the other from such dark is really touching. But like someone else said, there is still One GOD who seeks us out of any of our darkest moments, and all it takes for us to be able to feel it is faith and hope.

In 1999, my children's mother left me. We met as teenagers in '87...This movie came out around that time. I was already in a world of darkness, saddest thing I ever saw... I was a broken man.....She married, she was never happy with him because, "HE" wasn't "ME" and we could never be together ...She later committed suicide. We never got the chance to say we were sorry to each other.
I'm sorry for your loss. You never stopped loving her didn't you. One day when your time comes, you'll see her again and maybe rekindle the love that was lost, there is life after death. Be strong 🕊️💕 👫
