HONEY BEE CAM 🐝 WASHBOARDING || What are my bees doing??

What is washboarding? And why are these bees so mesmerized? Are they cleaning the hive? A lot of bee behaviors have no human explanation to them. You may hear beekeepers say, the queen checks each cell before she lays a new egg to see if there is already an egg inside. What if we truly can't understand or interpret their actions? Behaviors such as wash-boarding, where several to hundreds of bees position themselves on the outside front of the hive and rock back and forth, up and down, licking the front of the hive for hours, have no proven research to give this action a definite explanation. All the while, more and more people find themselves fascinated with their mysterious and almost magical behaviors.
