normally i fry mine after a marinade from buttermilk, lemon, some buffalo sauce, and spices, and just dredged in a seasoned flour.... I tried this cooking method applied to what I already do, and OMG, these just might be the best I've ever made. the tenderness, flavor, and texture was on point!!!! 10/10, this is my new go to method for wings. amazing. I was even afraid it may come out weird because of the marinade, but quite the opposite happened and the texture was so perfectly crisp on the outside, tender and moist on the inside.

I cooked this last night only I used drumsticks and I made Mac and string beans. The chicken came out better than I expected since I’m always messing something up lol
Just made them...fantastic! I finished them for crispness in an air fryer. I used sweet onion (from Peru) with the green peppers....wow! I also like Kroger brand lemon pepper marinade...will try it with the smoked paprika that you use...thanks!
Omg just cooked these wings came out great. When I first cook recipes I cook as directed then second time time I add or take away an ingredient. Her spices are on hit next time won't add the ranch dressing. The wings came out crispy in about an hour and a half. Fix these wings won't be disappointed

I tried this recipe and it was great the aroma and all… But I used wing dings instead of whole wings along with electric stove vs a gas one( Not sure if that made a difference ) but I found that I had to flip them over to get the desire texture on the other side.
@@damarashayes6609 check on it in between cooking. If you see it drying out really fast then add a little bit of water. Chicken tends to produce water while cooking. But some ovens are also hotter then others.

@@damarashayes6609 No problem, also I like both sides to be crispy so I do flip in the middle of cooking. So 1 hr on one side, flip for 1 hr then the last 15 to 30 min back on the other side uncovered.
