- Just received the new Omnitronic TRM-222 Rotary Mixer for testing and review. Decided to make a spontaneous set with it. Pure fun!

a very welcomed comparison: the outside resemblance of the two mixers caught my eye and was wondering what would have been the inner differences... despite the price difference does not seem to be justified at all, the cleaner THD specs on the warm 2 sound interesting to me. I was an happy owner of the NUO until its power supply fried, and now looking for a replacement (ecler did not reply to my emails on how I could change it). The warm 2 seems to boasts a better S/N ratio in the chart, why didn't you test this too?
I personally haven't had the Warm 2 yet, but I am of course very interested (Warm 4 🙂). As far as the S/N ratio is concerned, I can't make any statements or comparisons. What I can say is that I am delighted in every respect in terms of technology, electricity and feel. @sr_naranja_music, you any statement or Info?
Very cool. How do you find the mixer? Does she filter button pop like on the other omnitronic stuff?
so I really have no complaints and it's a solid philosophy that has been pursued here. The sound is really great and I didn't produce any popping noises, if there are ways around that, so neglected!

Hi! Nice set! 🎉 I have some questions about the mixer. How are the fx routed? Aux, insert or both? How do you feel the filter? I have a warm2 and I miss a filter.
Having a look to the pictures of the 222, I can tell you that FX can be routed both by aux & insert.

The filter is great! I really love using one filter per channel, but that's not the philosophy here. But you soon get used to it.
The KaossPad is connected via insert, the other fx via soundcard insert but were not recorded. But in the next vid. 🎉

What is the use of the omni-tronic logo plate next to this mixer? I think it's detachable.
Do you mean on the side of the mixer? There are removable logo plates on the left and right sides.
Really enjoyed this mix. Great use of the kp3. Subscribed and look forward to hearing more
