Try the carmesi sanitary pads .....it's much cheaper than whisper pads that u r talking about ......the most important thing about the carmesi pads is 100% biodegradable and also the pad is so thin that u forget u r having pads...........its a must try product👍👍

Menstrual cup is the answer....u cannot even feel u r on your periods ...on heavy flow days clean the cup 4 to 5 times and wear panty line....it's been 2 years i don't feel worried as earlier and also economical

When I used only pads, I always used to get blood stains over and over again and again by flowing...
I will definitely buy.....its costly but I use only 1 in every month bcoz in 1 day k 6 hours bahut flow hota hai lakin 2 and 3 day Kam hota hai normal pad mei ho jata hai.....

No it's not effective. After my delivery I asked them to make me wear adult diapers so what happened the next day, the period blood leaked all over my bed n my hospital gown...it's was humiliating...The nurse should know better they had options for pads also ..Even I took maternity pads with me to the hospital but I don't know what came to my mind! It didn't worked for me...

I used adult diapers after my 1st delivery to avoid leakage and as well as changing frequently in heavy flow and it is cheaper than it or any panty pad.... approximately 50/- per piece.

It is not necessary to always use a company aproved product,I thought that we use diaper instead of pad and did it without instructions of any company.
