Good video. Last year I cracked my shin on a NRS cam strap buckle. It sucked a lot kept me off the river for a week. The bruise I got was huge and the impression will last a lifetime. I agree make sure you put them buckles to the front of the thwart near the bottom.
I usually have my valves facing forward, for the same reason you discuss with your cam buckles; it helps not hitting hard stuff when you are thrusted forward.
First, we need lots more videos!! 2nd iam rigging a storm to learn r2/1 do you consider the straps on the dry bag a calculated risk as far as entrapment? Thanks
