In the sentence "because accountability is a huge level up" Did you use "level up" as a noun?

Yes! "Level up" can be a verb (He leveled up his speaking by practicing daily for three months.), an adjective (His leveled-up speaking caught his teacher's attention.), or a noun (He wants a level up for his speaking skills before going into university.). Great listening!

I think it's fine, of course, it even looks cute, but why do you look at each other so sincerely when you talk? I get distracted 😅😅

That's hilarious! We don't always realize we are doing it, but we speak on camera the way we often speak in group settings (and we are married, so that probably contributes). The way we look between the camera, each other, and around the room is very similar to our body language in group conversations, which may be helpful for you to observe!
