    Oh hey, I stayed here during my trip! It was great, but the steep walk up the hill was sometimes difficult to do after walking around all day. I was able to leave my luggage at the front desk of the hotel and went to visit the Aqua Park on my check out day. It was very enjoyable. I'm glad to see the breakfast menu expanded. When I went, it was just the Western breakfast, the curry, and the onion soup. The Japanese dishes are a nice addition.
    If anyone needs a 7-eleven, it's in the luxury hotel across the street to the left when you exit the Shinagawa Tobu hotel. Just go through that hotel's lobby. I needed it to use the atm and grab larger bottles of water.

      Thank you for sharing your experience! 😊 It’s great to hear you enjoyed your stay, despite the steep walk up the hill-after a long day of exploring, that can be a challenge! I’m glad you had a chance to visit Aqua Park and that the hotel made it convenient for you to leave your luggage.
      The expanded breakfast menu sounds like a fantastic improvement, and the Japanese dishes definitely add variety. Also, your tip about the 7-Eleven location is super helpful for future travelers-ATMs and larger water bottles are always a lifesaver! Thank you for watching and for your detailed comment!

    Another gem tucked away but still accessible by walking and easy on the pocketbook. The lady showed her age but had the charm and accents of the olden days but was still functional in this hustle and bustle of today. The Harvetearrace offered a nice meal and escape for the travelling public to relax while eating and planning their next day. So, have a Happy New Year, and I look forward to watching your travels through Japan.

      Thank you for your wonderful comment! 😊 I love how you described it-hidden gems like this are always special, combining charm from the past with modern functionality. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the Harvest Terrace as a relaxing spot to unwind and plan your next adventure. Wishing you a very Happy New Year as well! 🎉 I’m excited to continue sharing my travels through Japan with you in the coming year. Thank you for your support!

    This video makes me nostalgic. I have stayed several times in hotels (mostly the Prince hotels) near the Takanawa exit to Shinagawa station and have eaten in some of the restaurants in WING Takanawa. If I ever go there again I will keep this hotel in mind. Happy New Year!

    We stayed there last year for a few days. Its a great spot after two days we worked out if you take the hill where Mont-bell is its a little easier to walk up at the end of a long day

    Thank you for sharing your experience at Shinagawa Tobu hotel. We’ll visit this August. Wonder going up the hill and the distance from the station will be too much to handle under the scorching heat in the summer. 😅

      @SUKIYAKITravel  2 дні тому +1

      Thank you for your comment! 😊 I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Visiting in August sounds exciting, but I understand your concern about the summer heat. The hill and the distance from the station can feel a bit challenging in such weather. I’d recommend taking it slow, staying hydrated, and maybe timing your outings for early mornings or evenings to avoid the peak heat. Wishing you a great stay and a wonderful trip to Japan! 😅☀️

    A jak wyglada akceptacja zwierząt w hotelu?

    • @SUKIYAKITravel
      @SUKIYAKITravel  7 днів тому +1

      Dziękuję za pytanie! 😊 Niestety, w Shinagawa Tobu Hotel nie można przebywać ze zwierzętami, z wyjątkiem psów przewodników i asystujących. Jeśli planujesz podróż z pupilem, polecam rozważyć pobliskie hotele, które akceptują zwierzęta:
      Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa - Posiada specjalne pokoje „dog-friendly” oraz takie udogodnienia jak wewnętrzny wybieg dla psów i kawiarnia dla właścicieli z pupilami.
      Hotel MONday Haneda Airport - Oferuje pokoje „wanwan room” dla małych psów, gdzie można spędzać czas i spać z pupilem.
      Mam nadzieję, że te opcje pomogą Ci w planowaniu podróży! 😊
