So while working at the shop last week I got to thinking about what the future might hold for technicians and I found myself a little concerned. With a large investment in tools and school and a declining income potential how can we expect new people to enter the field of auto repair? It's an interesting question and I don't believe I have an answer at the moment so I put it to you viewers, what do you think we should do about this situation? We can just give up and stop what we're doing but perhaps we can come up with a plan for the future to help ensure quality auto repair well into the future.
