- I have made some sausages and smoked them at my neighbors. Now they need to finish curing so we can eat them. They need to go out of the smoke house to make room for new batch. This is what I came up with.

Yes this is perfect for curing anything. I have to look after my animals I do care about them a lot.

We do the best we can for our animals but at the end of the day some will be eaten.
It does look cold and the cute little cats that have appeared on your homestead. Love the homemade sausages what a fantastic thing. The part where you are standing at the end, I just realised you are standing on your house and the view from there is incredible.
We have some fantastic views here. Many people that are born here do not even see them. Should open their eyes hehe. Cats are not going anywhere now just stick around here. Talk about free pets

Great idea. My only concern is the positioning of it, during the day if it gets a fair bit of direct sun it might be too warm.
Sone is no problem when there is max 5 degrees celsius

Where is your Australian qualifications to put that screws in the wood and cutting that timber on the drop saw?
Not sure what you mean. Is just pine and the saw has a timber cutting blade. Screws are corse tread and just fine.
I think jaypatel is taking the P!ss out of the ridiculous tickets or licenses required in OZ to be deamed compitant,if you want to do any work.😊
