Hackman, First ask Walmart , but my sister claims she knows the beef company in Minnesota who sells grass fed beef. Maybe you know this already, but sometime my sister acts like she knows everything about evrything.
I’m highly disappointed
that you didn’t get the 440V⚡️
Can’t Touch That model ! ☠️
It happens to my house too.
When I started increasing my privacy around my place. I had so many new visitors. I even had a neighbor call me to tell me I shouldn't leave my tractor bucket in the air because kids might come on my property, play on my tractor and get hurt letting the bucket down. He then asked me if I was letting my property grow up, and I said, YES, I am! He said, "why?" I said so I can have some privacy. I don't think he understood the irony because he said he would no long be able to see what was happening back there. SMH.
I guess it's true...you can't fix "stupid". Just found your posts and esp love the pump well. Going to try one ourselves to access water farther from the house and as a back-up back-up (whole house generator installed last fall). Keep up the great work!
We live on a wooded 43 acre lot on a river. It is "extremely well posted" (actual quote from the local sheriff. We have an outdoor firearms range on our property as well. We even put signs up warning of the range. People walk right past the signs to access the river, build campfires, have get togethers etc. Two years ago, in one weekend..Friday night to Sunday evening, we had the local sheriff's department take over 100 people off the property. There were groups of people in groups ranging from 2 people to 10 or more, including a church day camp of kids and counselors. It took us 6 consecutive weeks of daily removals to actually stop the problem. I guess the word spread. We occasionally still have problems but I bought 4 additional signs that read:
PRIVATE PROPERTY, NO TRESPASSING
WE ARE RUNNING OUT OF ROOM TO BURY THE BODIES
Reading Frenzy : 🤣👍
Loved the sign. Great quote. ROFL....
@@sandrasmith4539 Another sign: Tiger sanctuary; keep out
😂
Where can WE get that sign ?
A 20 year old was messing with my 15 year old daughter and I got fed up and threw a brick through his back windshield. He took me to court for his window and the judge ordered 3 months jail time for him.
Next time go for the head.
For real
Thank God for a judge with a brain.🧠
That’s a good judge. Be careful though because there’s a lot of crazy liberals out there letting pedos and criminals out
Ahh CARMA is beautiful!
Proud mamma of a son. Who has gifted me with 4 adorable grandson's and 2 beautiful granddaughters. Only one of the boys is younger than the girls.
When your daughter says "hello father" in the same bad accent as you, we know you're doing a good job.
Bad as in good right?
Sounded rather English to me, it did.
haha i really liked that and the bond they have. nice also to see the girls treated like any kid - handing down skills.
It is nice seeing that young man working so hard,I hope he gets paid well.
He’s a smart young man.
My 5 acres is surrounded by crop fields. It's been that way for the last 22 years. The acreage next door was sold a few years ago. I'm watching for signs of a subdivision. At that point a major privacy fence will be going up. I moved out here because it's nice to be away from idiots.
You should have 22 years of piggy bank to buy fields.
I agree 100%. Let the fools die alone. Let the people with quality and character, live a good life.
@@turbohipster632 good luck with the sky high crime rates in your urban cities of so called culture
If you want to be free of idiots you'll have to ask for special permission from the government ...... to move to the Antarctica !!
For US citizens you will need to complete a DS-4131 ADVANCE NOTIFICATION FORM - TOURIST AND OTHER NON-GOVERNMENTAL ACTIVITIES IN THE ANTARCTIC TREATY AREA and then submit this to the Department of State's Office of Ocean and Polar Affairs.
Other than that you'll have to leave the planet : )
You can regain all your rights but watching and correcting your paperwork on the American state national assembly site.
your daughter with her 'hellooo Father' cracked me up . reminded me to give ya a thumbs up.
It's a dang shame you have to go to the expense, and, trouble to gate your own Driveway so you can safely enjoy living on your own property, HIGH FIVE for protecting your family!!!
A gate to one’s home is awesome; a automatic gate opener makes it more awesome!
Great video. The only thing I would like to suggest is perhaps it would be a good idea to place the solar panel further away from the road to avoid its theft - I’m very suspicious by nature…
That's great and i really like your sense of humor. I put in gates at my off grid ranch. 4"x6" I beam for swing piece and 4k of mud per hole. Assholes still cut their way in.
Smiling!
Just Subscribed, so far so good, like the content.
The banter alone was worth watching. I love watching good friends flip each other crap. That's how you know you buddy really likes you. The only time to worry is when they stop flipping you crap. Awesome video, worth every minute!
I have to say I have never watched a video that was so informative and interesting but yet so hilarious too. Great video. This kind of content gives folks like me with an interest in new tech, etc. some great insight.

my son and young grandsons installed a bigger gate without any prior experience of solar or electrical in less than one day , out on their farm 5 yrs ago and have never had a problem.
I grew up on a ranch in Kansas that was huge. We had a private road that cut through the property, had been there for decades before we bought the place. My dad found it necessary to secure it with steel gates that he welded himself, set into concrete-filled steel posts set six feet into the ground (the gates were very heavy and needed a winch to set them in place) because we had so many trespassers on our land. People just don't respect other people's property any more, and for some reason, folks from town seem to think everything they see in the country is wilderness. We had people hunting and fishing on our land, even gathering fruit from our peach and plum orchards, on fenced land, in full view of NO TRESPASSING/NO HUNTING/NO FISHING signs. And of course they'd leave behind trash (and sometimes dump trash on our land because hey, the county dump charges a fee).
Our gate didn't have an electric eye etc: you had to get out and manually push it aside, and even on well-oiled hinges, it took some effort to move after you removed the two padlocks and a chain as thick as your wrist.
I remember Robert Frost's poem and while Frost wasn't a big fan of fences himself, good fences DO make good neighbors. And strong gates make even better ones.
So true!
It truly is sad how people don’t respect other people’s property. Most don’t own things so they don’t care. Entitled people 🙄 Sorry you experienced all that. If you can afford it Fence it up.
@@skyoak4611 During hunting season, we had to patrol our property on horseback (armed with a pistol and rifle) to stop drunk hunters/trespassers from shooting our cattle. We tried calling the sheriff's department to arrest some trespassers who refused to leave, but turns out two of them were his deputies and they cut our barbed wire fence so they could drive onto our land. That's why I don't call the police when there's trouble; I'm my own police.
@@HAXMAN Only thing I'd change about that gate today is to put up a sign that reads YOU SHALL NOT PASS, otherwise it was perfect. Knowing how to weld is an awesome skill.
They steal everything that doesn't have a concrete foundation!!! I have had a shovel, a steel pipe my deceased husband of over 30 years made when we built our garage first to store building supplies, now it's only a fur kid and me. The police know but are not allowed without proof where the drugs are hiding. They steal outdoor solar lights, steal gas out of lawn mowers, they steal landscape Rocks! Stole bucket of gravel when I had my new driveway put in! I'm sick of it .I have cameras but they know where they are and go around out of sight the red light. I need cameras to cover cameras so they don't throw rocks at the camera to destroy it, as I have had to put them on top of my house! These people need a newer home smaller then a tiny home with indoor plumbing and only 1 bed. My son said to put up a electric fence. Great idea if it's not against the law and you can't get sued if they climb it and get shocked. And , I don't have the money for over ....acres of land. I bought the Largest No Trespassing signs. I have a way to protect myself. I have an alarm system. But I am dealing with Drug addict's. A drug addict sent her son on his bicycle over to steal a cable used to cut down a tree. The tree was still on it. She told him if he is asked what he was doing to say he was going to help his friend who was stuck on my pond!! Really???? There is a problem when you send a 10 year old to Steal for you! Exactly What does it take to Lock up these people and throw away the Key?
As a former engineer i know exactly how much work goes into projects people have no idea goes on, wanted to buy land and build a home since my late teens, not happened yet but 1 day ! new to the channel and I love it already!
I have a sign at my driveway that says beyond this point you’re doing the laundry.😝
Nice touch!
I recommend GHOST gate controllers and they are EASY to install. I use eufy wireless cameras and can have up to 32 camers per hub wired and wireless. Wireless cameras have ranges up to 1,000 feet on my property with line of sight. What's best? Eufy notifies me within 15 seconds on my cell phone with an image of what is moving on the camera motion area!!! I watch my horses, sheep, apiary, front gate and front door all from my cell phone. I know when my family is home before they even get through the front gate or the front door is closed. Yes, eufy is that fast at notifications and did I mention each camera has 2-way voice?
I dealt with this on my last property. It was nerve wracking and I tried everything. I received some incredible advice from the local constable and it solved the problem in one day. In Pennsylvania, there is State Law 1772 which makes defiant trespass punishable by up to a year in jail and $2,500 in fines. I marked the trees lining my 18 acres with purple paint every 100 feet (per the requirements) but I also ordered signs at each entrance which said, "Per House Law 1772, defiant trespass is punishable by up to a year in jail and $2,500 in fines. Violators WILL be prosecuted". i really didn't expect it to work because I had a horrible problem with folks but it did the job. Check out your state laws in regard to hunting and trespassing laws on private land. I hope this helps someone dealing with this problem.
I love Pennsylvania! But I'm stuck in NYS 😭 My neighbor ripped out my fences, chainsawed my mature landscaping, destroyed my garden boxes then set fire to the debris. What didn't burn, he threw onto another section of mh land. He did this after sharing a property boundary with me for almost 20 years but took the opportunity, when I was most vulnerable last spring, to accuse me of stealing "his" land.
Long story short, the NYS Troopers FINALLY arrested him but only after I paid for a new survey (which supported my position) and the Broome County District Attorney office decided they woukd charge the neighbor with "Criminal Mischief" (a misdemeanor) and request he reimburse me for $250 in damages. I had the neighbor on video threatening my property and he admitted to the police he had done these things. The actual value of the damages is more than 10 times what the D.A. is requesting of him. Now he's claiming he's not guilty.
Suing him in civil court will cost me more than it's worth. He had his fun tormenting me all last year. I abided by the laws and the police. It was to my detriment.
Posted signs are worthless. NY protects criminals, and screws those victimized by the criminals. Years of sweat equity and memories of gardening with my late daughter...destroyed by a NYS criminal and a useless District Attorney.
I hate NYS.
@@rattlecat5968 That is such a frustrating situation that you are going through. I would pack up my things and move if the court system was that lax on criminal activity. It's such a shame that it has become like that. NYS is a gorgeous state and it's sad that it has come to this. My heart goes out to you.
@@rcar9115 Thank you, R Car. I appreciate it. But, it's too late now...too many years creating family memories here. And I've run from a fight only once in my life, and it took me a long time to recover my self-respect because of that choice. Never again.
But, the neighbor thinks because I've always been civil and friendly, that I was going to crumble under his bullying. No. He's confused kindness with weakness. Big mistake on his part. He'll find out the hard way.
Hell hath no fury as the wrath of a woman scorned. 🤫
@@rattlecat5968 I hear you. Keep your head on a swivel in case they have family members or other associates who also have miscreant behavior. I fought this battle, as well. I fought it for seven years. Two people turned into forty people in less than a year and that number grew thereafter. I spent almost 100% of my time chasing after them 24/7 on my property. It takes a toll. L.E. can't do much about it. The trespassers would shoot deer and leave them to rot on my property, destroy my cameras, tear down my "No Trespassing" signs, and other despicable acts. I'm sure you know who you're dealing with and I'm not here to preach to you. I'm only saying that you would not be weak to walk away during this time because soon you will have zero backup municipally if it comes to that. Either way, I wish you the best.
My ex Army Ranger husband put in a secret alarm system all the way up our guarter mile drive which is a road we own. If someone drives , walks or rides up the road alarms sound INSIDE our house, no sound outside. tThere are 4 different alarms. By the time they pull up.you are at the security door with 4 bad dogs and a shotgun. Works every time
I have something similar but it drives Kim crazy and the dogs when it goes off. 😁
What about deer walking on your road
Lol 1:34 "An ounce of prevention... IDK... anyway..."
Bro I'm already subbed but thatdelivery got me to SMASH THAT BELL!
You always make such a big dramatic production out of everything!
“Good fences make good neighbors” - even Robert Frost recognized that.
Only if the Neighbors respect the fences. My property has wire fencing all the way around but people from the back land cut the fence when it is hunting time and hunt my land. I’ve caught them several times and I’ve told them if I catch them on my property again they will be in jail. Haven’t seen them again and no shows on the cameras because I would have turned them over to the police. Haven’t had to repair fences since. 😉
No new trash left either.

When i lived on a farm in Germantown, MD, people were forever dropping cats, kittens, puppies and dogs off because, "they thought we wouldn't mind," or "thought we could use barn cats." The thing that really "burned my grits," was asking to "hunt!"
Least they asked...
What was wrong with asking to hunt?
At least their asking. My grandpas farm would have hunters just straight up hunt on his farm without asking.
I passed by a farm that had a sign "Your unwanted pets are dead within hours, by the coyoties. The shelter is 2 miles down the road on canal street." Never forgot that sign.
Hot wire fences tend to stop a lot of trespassers.
SWI... Florida and Wyoming!! Outstanding

It’s always a blast having Mark here.
What a good father you seem to be. Not knowing you personally, I only know what I see on your videos, but two of a father’s main jobs is to protect his family and provide for them. You appear to do that well. Those two jobs alone are ENORMOUS responsibilities. The feminist movement has degraded men publicly to the point were much of society has forgotten this. Government has done all it can to destroy the role of men. Thank you for being an example to young men and boys that might see your videos. Your property is lovely. Wishing Blessings for you and your family.
Thank you so much!
Thanks
Just Noticed??? Normally a diagonal support at 45* starts from outside lower Corner to middle top! Because lower corner is stronger to support the 1/2 fence section than the top Just saying
I just bought 85 acres in northern, Maine and I can't wait to get building my hideaway! Thankfully, my closest neighbor is about a mile away and there are thousands of acres behind me that I have access to. Thank you, for posting your trials and tribulations to learn from!

Good fences and gates make good neighbors.
It probably doesn't matter on an aluminum welded gate, but it still bothers me that the diagonal braces are backwards lol
I had the same thought!
Laughingly I say this drives me nutz to see braces on wrong. I get it, it is a welded aluminum gate. You can still put the braces on correctly. So many UA-cam videos out there about this very thing. On a wooden gate it makes all the difference.

So cool that you showed the Tremors clip! My son is gone now but we watched that movie Several times together! The tree farm behind our home just put up a bunch of nt signs and a gate as the hunters would trespass every year and last year did NOT have a clean kill and the buck came into the neighbors yard and had to be killed. Very upsetting to our neighbor who loved watching the local deer and seeing the buck's distress and euthanasia was borderline traumatic. Our society is getting an even bigger entitlement attitude.
I'll keep SWI in mind. We're about to purchase our homestead- a good gate seems like a good idea.

We live on a small lake in FL. All the houses around the lake have 5 feet inbetween. Idiots still walk between the houses to fish in our tiny backyards. I let the willows grow at the edge, so they go to my neighbors. If my neighbors are nieavie enough to allow any kids to fish in their yards, once, they have a public park as soon as they see no cars in their driveways.
Tuning sticks used by alot of Excavating Co.'s during the 60's , 70's & 80's,, works well for copper location !
A lot of people. Not all have the ability. Can use sticks to find underground water streams. A multitude of wires and pipes and graves. Using 1 stick over a grave will point west for a woman and east for a man. It probly would spin in a circle for those mentaly ill people that cant look between their legs and determin what gendar they are.

If you don't own the land, don't expect to have the peace for long. One of my in-laws, bought 70 acres of mountain land and fenced it with 6 ft high fencing. His neighbor also has fence, but it is 8 ft. high with a lot of wiring to it. Since it is private land, the neighbor uses it for a shooting range and, when the season is right, he rents it out for hunting.

I've seen similar situations happen with other UA-camrs, including Vice Grip Garage, and Whistlin Diesel, they both had some of their belongings stolen. The most important thing here is that you and your family were not harmed by any of these intruders.

Good method there. Do it often for telecommunications lines
Google maps shows our private road as a shortcut to the lake. Well marked as private property and no trespassing. Like 10 signs at the cattle guard. People would still ignore it and drive up to the dead end with their Class A motorhome pulling a boat. That was always entertaining. Finally had to put up a gate.
When I was a kid we lived on 350 acres, the road in was posted where city maintenance ended, and about every 50 yards or so for the half mile of road, on both sides, the rest of the way to where our driveway began and then 3 more signs along the 1/4 mile long driveway. We would still get strangers pulling up from time to time looking for something or lost or trying to fish the ponds and stock tanks, and possibly even checking to see what was out there and what they could steal. It was different times in a very rural location so we weren't ever afraid or anything like that, but it was hilarious to us that people would ignore all those signs along with the many visible ques that nobody was supposed to be there and it definitely wasn't a through road or anyplace anyone trying to go anywhere else would logically end up.
This was so interesting. If I ever get a home with land I will consider this company.✌️👍

As someone who lives in the country, I would've lost my mind if someone drove up to my house like that. But also, as someone who works on gas wells at night, I have accidentally driven up to peoples houses in the middle of the night due to bad mapping. Everyone should have a gate. (Outside of suburbs)
