The sniper's confusion on why you took aegis when you have probably 5k more networth than him, and then you immediately ending the game with it was pretty hilarious ngl. Nice video as always.
They are not even 1K players. In their mind, aegis is like a waste of time that makes the carry die solo twice instead of once. Pushing with aegis to end the game is not introduced at that MMR.
@@berryesseen It is still bad to take aegis as a wk. Cause if you really die 3 times it's cause your whole team is dead and your are kited into oblivion. If someone else has the aegis you both get to live twice.

@@Green13Gaming I try not to be impolite but I really don't know how to respond to that question, it seems you are insulting yourself by asking. He doesn't have a bkb, cm hast slow and frostbite, void can kite with his ulti and he can also stun with remnant, gyro has a stun, DB can slow and stun him, if his hole team is dead he will die 3 times if they are all 5 alive and well. Thinking you are the highest nw and going in Rambo style is one of the mistakes why ppl stay at 1k mmr

Suggestion for the next one of these: record the player networth bars from the replay and overlay it in post so people can see what farming like this does. Good vid
very good suggestion, especially when targeted towards rank. However, i do think he should add warnings that you should play like this in certain games / brackets. As he kept saying, he would be playing very differently in his bracket.

If he would have the same farm as wk then yes he would be right, he is an easy target to jump on and killed almost insta, wk already has 2 lives.
I dont think you understand the enemy team comp > they don't have a way to kill/threaten sniper (sniper only needs bkb against a void spirit and dawn combo you can add hoodwink and gyro if you want, dont mention the paper cm)
*Sniper is range and can hit from safe distance this you already stablished, what do you think is the reason why turrets are op (Magic Immunity) this is a reason enough not to take an aegis cause he can just get a bkb which is normal for a carry
*Now think why players usually dont use bkb on their 1st life if they have aegis (if you wanna say wk can also buy bkb)
*Now to add more reason look at WK's talent shard and skills

This playstyle is nice when your team doesn't start feeding all game and crying over what you are doing.
This is going to happen up until the highest ranks, and probably afterwards too. You'd be surprised how many people I've seen in Ancient tell me I need to fight at min 15 with a PA or AM after I've just finished my BF - an objectively stupid piece of advice unless they're at your t3 towers (they never are). Ancients should know better you'll say, yet too many of them don't.
My point is that this is simply something that comes with playing carry, it's just going to happen. My advice is to get used to it, adapt by using mute and if they feed the game's on them. The only gameplay you can easily influence is yours, don't sabotage it just because the people around you don't understand it.
By the way, if they intentionally feed report them as they get LP pretty quick nowadays with overwatch.
I love these thought process videos and also just got done watching Topson's view of the hour long game you played against each other where you were Bloodseeker and he was Gyro - you had some huge comeback moments and itemized to deal with each of them who was on top, despite them being 15-20k NW ahead, and I'd love to know your thought-process as to how to come back or hold off an unwinnable game like that.

To accurately display how low mmr pubs work, you should also include a player in the lobby whose job is to grief his teammates. Show us how we can try and win even in those situations. I think a lot of us can agree that those are the games that really test our patience.
Griefers are everywhere, no matter the rank unfortunately. I suggest just staying focused and playing like he doesn't exist. I've seen Jenkins trying to make use out of griefers depending on how they grief (f.e. using a feeder as a bait) so that's a viable approach sometimes.
@@vojov_zemez this is the only way. Be glad they aren't active griefers feeding courier and buying all the smokes and wards. Generally these guys just don't give af about team and are plating their own game so play around that

Since the common excuse for people stuck in skill brackets is something like "My carry has no 5" I'd be interested in seeing if there was some way you can organize a smurf lobby and what to do when one of your team is an anchor.

@@Cyb3rHusky Completely irrelevant. If someone is ACTIVELY throwing the game report them and keep playing, literally NOTHING changes. I've seen legit 9k mmr games where an SF is ACTIVELY running it down mid and SFs team wins.

Tried doing this on my last 6 games I played, ended up with 5-1, the single loss happens because my hard support picks Bloodseeker buys a Quelling blade and basically contest me in being a Carry

5mins - they wanna kill anyone for no reason
10mins - they TT you for not taking useless fights and label you as a farmer
15mins - they start to blame and/or feed
20mins - you have your items but your team is massively gapped from constantly feeding the enemy
25mins - you can't do anything alone

I'm curious about still holding a point at min 16. What would be a scenario in which you DON'T use that point to skill up the ultimate? Like when would be the point when you show up to some place and go "ok, I'm going to use the saved up point to skill up my W"?
A scenario where you die twice. WK's lvl 1 ult has 200 sec CD so dying twice with it feels very bad
You’re just chilling in top lane and they 5 man smoked and it broke on you. Your team is not close to you. Better to not skill ult so it doesn’t go on CD yet

Depends on the matchup but usually carries are afk until they hit their big powerspike in this meta. Sometimes it’s 25 minutes like terrorblade many’s skadi bkb. Sometimes it’s 15 mins like Lina maelstrom bkb.

You will get griefed if you farm too much at this bracket. Of course they will flame you, but after they've dived 3 times and behind their tier 2s and wiped while tier 1s are still up, the 4 is going to start following you around, pinging you non-stop and trying to steal/grief your farm while the enemy carry is like 15/1. GG fellow heralds.
I mean BSJ's team's MMR is on average like 2.5k cos he is like 10k MMR right? Kinda wish the other team was 2k MMR not 1k, to make it a bit closer.

There's a difference between this game and other games in this rank. your teammate knows you and they played defensively and let you farm. usually what happens is they feed more and more and keep pinging you like it was a carry problem they died in the opponent's jungle. So everyone gets more kills means they have more net worth after the landing phase so with 10 4 and go for farm 15 min you farm and then the result is 30 7 or something. then doesn't matter how much farm you have you can do nothing for them
Dude... he wasn't pushing lanes just for farm. When opponent team wanted to do something away from him, he pushed the lane and created pressure that they now have to deal with. His team wasn't playing defensively just because they knew him, they played defensively because a. of the farm heavy lineup they have and b. because the enemy team was too busy dealing with Wraith King's pressure to be able to fight the enemy team.
It's not like his team didn't try to fight stupidly either. There were two fights on top dire jungle where the fight they took failed, and BSJ didn't participate at all. In the first one, he was farming bottom and in the second, his team ran to him and he just tp'd bottom to create more pressure, disallowing the opponent to get anything for free. In both scenarios, his team fed, so I don't see your point.
He is scared of Steam VAC banning him so he does not want to risk smurfing on their servers. Which is kinda sad as its unoriginal "educational smurf" concent
@@acridsama I see what you saying. yeah they are still making some really bad fights. but the numbers say it was "5 - 2" at minute 10(kinda end of lane phase) and "10 - 4" at minute 22. So it's not escalated that much what I see happening usually is the number of fights us much more. I did win in the same scenario but more than 50 percent of the time the team will do this again and again and make you insane by pinging you to join. On average I expect it to get to 20 - 5 or something after 22 minutes. then if u have farmed like BSJ you can join. if it's me I have to farm until min 30 usually.
It's pretty clear they don't know who he is. They're all named '5' as a measure to not recognize each other, and sniper's reaction when BSJ took the aegis is a dead giveaway that said measure worked. He would've never contested BSJ's decision if he knew who he was.

High ranks are easy to detect just by the way the maneuver their hero and how elusive they play.

in this mmr all supports do is steal your farm. most people are stuck here because people throw every game
one question couldnt you not also buy midas + radiance in this bracket I think it doesnt get punched especially if no towers are taken and enemy have limited push that delays the game even more
He can, but the armlet allows him to do more crazy and aggressive stuff.
The thing he keeps mentioning "They're in the way, we wack them a bunch to make them go away."
Armlet allows him to do that much better compared to a midas, but nevertheless, you're right, anything can work in lower brackets honestly.

What bsj differs from normalmplebs like us at 27.30 if i do this usually im ded. The higher u are the more u can push the limits of being annoying but still not dead. His map awareness is whole another lvl. Theres also a lot of moment in the vidio when bsj stun and directly go back i usually over extend and ended up in hard situation. I know how to farm efficiently. But the thing that hard is game sense and map awareness its takes experience

Doesn’t work that way anymore. Back then there only enough farm for 1-2 heroes. Nowadays there is too much farm on the map and every hero pos 1-5 gets so much damn gold. Can’t solo 1v5 anymore

As someone who liked the old smurf series this is cool. But I legit wish you could smurf in actually ranked it was SOOO fucking fun to watch. Valve has to give you like "smurf account" that is actively low account that doesn't impact people's mmr unless the other team wins or something. It was so hilarious to hear people flame you despite absolutely owning

My main difficulty when playing like this is acknowledging at what point is my hero unkillable at teamfights. I thought I had the grasp of it with TA when I won like 5games in a row, until I started losing repeatedly. Now I think I got it with PA, lets see how long it lasts

@@mattripodi6187 i dont think so, maybe one. I can recall clearly one of the games had a mid necro that snowballed hard, he kept up in gold with me by killing my teamates while i was getting deso. I was able to pull ahead by winning a fight and taking rosh, but threw away aegis afterwards then the game was trash from there on

There's no such thing as "unkillable" in terms of items and levels, really. It's a team game, so it's always possible that no matter how well you do, the 5 heroes on the other team just kill you while your team don't / can't do anything to prevent it. "Unkillable" as an individual only exists when you are higher skill than the other team so that's why they can't kill you.
But when it's a team fight, and you die, but your team is able to clean up, that's a win.
How is BSJ's team's average MMR 533? I thought BSJ was over 10k MMR, which means that even if the other 4 players were at 0 MMR, the team average would be at least 2000.

there is no way this works like this on like 3 K, they never harras you, nobody wals into jungle looking for you, just letting you farm for free all the time :D IF there was hood and dawn any good you die on that lane so easy.
It's because what he's not really talking about very much is that he's constantly watching the minimap and calculating in his head where those heroes could be based on where they showed last, which ward/lane vision he has and where he and his team showed last.
It's really hard to put this skill into words, he's trying at certain points but I assure you he plays in a way where they could be doing what you're suggesting and he'd likely evade them.
Can u try having pa/morph/Medusa support next time? I want to see u contesting last hit not only from enemy but also from ur teammates
the heroes you mentioned above are least consistent to gain mmr. so just play it for fun.

I love these videos but tbh this isnt what a classic Guardian bracket game is going to look like. all of these players are actively learning because they are watching and subscribing to BSJ. In a typical solo que game none of these teammates are going to give you space and if you dont come to a teamfight when they want you to, theyre just going to start damaging your game
That is true, however the same can be said about BSJ's opponents. They are also 500 mmr more skilled

As a matter of fact the lack of synergy makes things easier as a carry, because you can pick people off without being punished.

At low mmr nobody's gonna have synergy with nobody, which means it's easier to play carry. I've played with people far lower-ranked than me and that's my conclusion.

BSJ tries to promote this video as only farming but it is actually pushing that ends the game. Even if I admit that low mmr players are not efficient at farming, the bigger problem is the lack of knowing how to push to end the game. One aegis on farmed hero was enough here. This is not the case for most low mmr carries.
not sure what to think about these videos though. at actual low mmr people do not listen to anyone but instead randomly suicide + flame all game

You can actually keep your bottom tower while farming, tower is more important than f farming in higher ranks
mr strimmer this was a pretty low kill game and kinda unrealistic for most non-na 1k pubs. No random smokes into 5v5s, chain feeding for tower, or other shenanigans. at least throw in an active griefer to balance things out 😂

as far as i know both midlaners were higher mmr around 1500. probably sniper didnt realize the farm disparity between WK and him. I see reason for both WK and sniper aegis tbh

Holding Shift let’s you queue the action for your hero/courier - just try it, you will understand.
So get the item to courier, shift click it to go under tower first, then send the item to hero.
That way, the courier won’t cut map corner through your jungle and get randomly killed if you happen to be far up in the lane
You had a nice team, they were communicating a lot... it's not happening often...
I dont understand the reason for holding on to a point in midgame always. Whether you use the point on the defensive ult or you hold it, you still get no benefit from it, so it is better to spend it on your defensive option. I would have understood if you held on to it for a duration, like when the entire enemy team was missing and immediately spent it on something aggressive like the skeletons, but you did not.
As a WK u dont wanna have ulti in a situation when u probably die 2 times in a row. So u hold skillpoint and use it for ulti when get ganked by 1-2 ppl, and not use it at all when ganked by 3-5 ppl
What if enemy has carry Who outfarm or and outfight you in late game like slark, PL?
you cant win all your games. sometimes youre gonna lose because of something like that, and sometimes youll outfarm them and win because they arent following lord bsj's advice. what matters is you are gonna win more than 50% of your games
then theres nothing you can do.
Hey BSJ, can you show an example how you can win the game despite a griefer in your game? Mid dies 3 times in the first 3 minutes, your support tries to last hit every single creep. These are the ones where I struggle to win and it happens very frequently.
LOL this is the exact reason why i dont play ranked, i got my first 100 hours, got in herald. Year later i played 20 rank games ish, never played it again, its fucking cancer, my unrated games are harder but atleast my supports dont grief lmao happiness > higher rank... about 15 of my games was with axe with a 85% winrate, but its to cancerous.
I would just recommend getting a friend to play as your 5, and just solo carry every single game with cheese picks, naga etc. you dont really need anyone else but yourself when you play as carry

These are times when you should just accept it and try learning something. Remember, you will climb with 50%+ wr

You need to read their minds. If they aren't literally afk that means their brain is on. Ask yourself, why are they still playing? Most times the answer is for kills and not to win, and you can tell because when they trade themselves for a kill they don’t mind. Figure out what their plan for killing is and either help them kill faster or help them live, they will gladly take more opportunities to press their buttons.
With supports taking cs consider moving to jungle if your support can survive a solo lane. If they can’t try your best to out ca them and report them to Overwatch as most times it'll result in a conviction. They will get bored eventually (because these types of players are probably ones farming role as) and hopefully leave your lane. If they start chain feeding/diving tower leave immediately. They will certainly try to blame you, and if they continue to die without you there they will have no one to blame. If there leave lane take the solo xp, and hopefully you're playing a hero that needs levels and not so much farm.
If you have a relentless feeder use them as bait, the opponent will assume they are easy kills and won't suspect backup.
That said dota is more of a team game than ever with the massive amount of gold that even supports have compared to previous patches. The days of rtz farming patterns are over, and players like saberlight who are great at fighting are the new generation. Don’t treat your teammates like idiots even if they are, you will need them at some point, even just as bait.
At the end of the day it's a wcyd situation. You can try avoid it by qing at peak hours, but sometimes you just get unlucky. Learn the mechanics of the game and you will know the right thing to do in abnormal situations. Higher elos will empathize with you since they're more likely to be watching other lanes and will help you stack reports/let the game end but low elos will probably tell you to stfu and play.
Also early game kills matter less and less the lower you go, so don't be tilted at a bad lane as per the plump chicken theory. Lower mmr players are more likely to miss-play and gold swing mechanics are extremely strong, so taking the game late is your chance to turn a griefed game into a win.
im under 1k mmr, just used this start, "shared lane" with a medusa... i went 17-4-17 with 855gpm 862 xpm 23k building damage. i had a 20k networth advantage over the enemys highest networth player lol
All of you 1k guys making fun of sniper when basically in herald bracket he would be right, the only reason it's fun to you is that you know bsj is playing wk and he knows what he is doing. Void can easily jump sniper and kill him with help of dawn so in most cases wk shouldn't take the ageis since he already has 2 lives.
If only there was an item which makes Sniper survive being jumped by Void + Dawn.

Hahaha you funny man of course not, they're going to hit the first thing that they meet, which in this game would be WK, DS and Undying while Sniper is going to sit perfectly safe behind them. As obviously evidenced by the final aegis teamfight where I don't think Sniper got hit even once.
You're supremely overestimating how bad 500MMR players are at target prioritization.
personally i feel like they should take defensive aggro out of the game the creeps should only aggro to you when your attack connects with an opponent its just a little silly, unintuitive and most importantly not a fun mini game for ether side.
How is that the avg mmr is 500 when your mmr is more than 6/7 k?????
