As long as it's moving, it's good. The locations that you target will differ with tides, but both in and out are good.

So sorry for your confusion. There are two sections for free waypoints, one is under free waypoints, and the other would be under bodies if water/ UA-cam videos. There is an option to buy custom waypount packages, this is a completely different deal and they are built custom to order. This option is great for guys that don't have much time to practice for tournaments or for someone that wants waypoints to a body of water that we may not provide them for. With that said, there are dozens of free waypoints. In addition, we give addition free direction to members in our live q and a. Again, sorry for your confusion.
