I would love to see a detailed video of all the computer display settings. I’m 68 years old and not a computer geek and this is my first e-bike. The short videos are great for general overview.
The manual doesn’t cover the display very well and you need to guess at settings. In my case when I received my bike the tire size setting was incorrectly set. There are also other settings that I’m not sure what they mean either.

Hello, do you own a Torque or Cadance system? this bike comes with either option. We recommend you do not change any of the settings as these are mainly for the tech's, changing any setting incorrectly may void your warranty and cause serious issues. If there is a setting that is already incorrect, please do not change it. Please reach out to our service centre and our techs can confirm before any change is done. If you are referring to the wheel size being incorrect. Please note that this bike uses 20" rims, the bike industry calls this a 20" wheel, however, the fat tires are much deeper than non fat tires and will measure 24" from one side to the other. Therefore the setting has to be set at 24'" not 20". For any further questions please reach out to our Service team at ebiker@teslica.com as this page is not regularly moderated. Thank you so much.

I have the torque system. I’m glad I reached out about the tire size. I did think it was set wrong and changed it from24 to 20 thinking it would effect the accuracy of the speedometer. I will set it back to 24 inch. That would be a good teaching point on your video.
      Thank you

You said: "the throttle power depends on the assist level". Please explain what that means. Usually, throttles go to 80-100% of the motor power regardless the current PAS level, until the max speed (like 32 km/h) is reached.

On some of our models, what you said is correct; the throttle would give %80+ power until max speed is reached. However, on some other models, the throttle's max speed is restricted to a certain speed depending on the level of assistance, for example, some bikes have a throttle limit as follows: (Level 1: 12 km/hr - Level 2: 16 km/hr - Level 3: 22km/hr - Level 4: 28 km/hr - Level 5: 32 km/hr). However, this only applies to using the throttle only, and only on some models not all.
