Thanks Dani for this video. I have watched lots of videos on this subject matter but this one seems different. Your presentation is very okay and precise, no wasting of words
In America the living caregiver or the couple hours caregiver is called Home Health Aid or HHA. You can work in a persons home or you can work in a nursing home with the elderly aka seniors. Research the position online and look up to see what the description of this position entails.
Hey thabk you for the video! But I didn't understand much the part that you're restricted in your PR. So once a facility makes you a PR you're restricted to only work there?
Please comment my thoughts on this, I am a general practitioner (physician) in Nicaragua, my plan is do the CCA at college on Saskatoon or Holland in 2023, why I don't take in count work as a doctor? you would know why( expensive, long process, lot requirements) and as a international student I can emigrate with my family, the main point is that in all the jobs post on JB they ask for CCA certification which must be approved in Canada and the salaries are very low in that jobs.
Please do a video with link on possible companies recruiting from overseas health care assistants or personal support workers. Good video you have. Thanks
Thanks for your advice am here in Qatar am studying nursing assistant level 4 and 5 for 7 months after you finished you get free care give certificates international one
Thanks for this information, am a registered Dietitian in Nigeria and I want to relocate to Canada through caregiver route, pls is there any online caregiver courses I can do to add to my CV? I want to apply through work permit visa
Hello Dami, I heard caregiver jobs comes with visa sponsorship and sometimes accommodation, how true, and is it also a good way to migrate? And I studied Education political science here in Nigeria, can I switch to a course under health care as a master's student? For someone thats sponsoring herself I want to know which is cheaper🙏
Good afternoon thanks for your good video I really enjoy this.please I want to know something about relocating to Canada as an international student is it possible I don't pay any tution deposit from my country and then pay upon arrival in Canada ??
Yes it’s very possible but paying upfront shows the immigration officers in charge of your visa approval that your serious about going to study… it’s kind of an added advantage when you pay upfront
I swear I have been searching for a video well detailed like this in the aspect of (PSW) personal support worker, cause that's exactly what I wanted to study first before going into (LPN) licence practical nursing which is just for 2 year's, infact Dami u are nothing but a babe that's I always say Ur videos are always informative I love you always 💋
My dear please am in Nigeria and I want to take a course to obtain a care giver certificate, please how can I start the course, which website will I check
Hi. Do you need a study permit to take such courses? I want to take such course but my student permit expires soon. Know even with your work permit you can take such courses.
Hey Dammy, How did you get a job in a retirement home as a student? Which course did you do to get the job? What are the requirements? I’m interested please 🙏
Hello Dami…….is it possible to work as a healthcare aide in Canada as an international student even if you are in Canada studying in a program that’s not related to health care but have been trained in standard cpr, basic life support and food handling.
But what if you're not students though I'm a family of 4 and I have been thinking of relocating to cannada from Nigeria is there anyway you can help with connections
You can come as a student with your family. You can also apply to some provinces for their Provincial Nomination Pathway (PNP). You can come as a visitor, try to get a job and switch to work visa. There are several ways, you just have to know which best rocks your boat
That’s possible but the chances are slim. Getting a job in Canada is tough. So the company must really see potentials in you to want to hire you and wait till you apply for your work permit.
Hi dami I applied for Visa in February, now I haven't gotten any message, do you advice I go for my medicals now or I should wait for their message, kindly advise me please.
Thanks for this video, I heard there are agencies who will train and pay international students while they train them for psw how true is that and if yes how can we contact them if only you have an idea, thanks
Hi Dami, I have a Bsc in Early Childhood care Education 2.1 upper from a Nigerian university, if I evaluate this degree in Canada, can I get the job of a care giver Kodos anyways 👍
For sure. You can use that to apply for jobs straight from Nigeria. Alternatively, I’d advice you apply to come do a post graduate degree in a program very similar to that.
@@damilima good evening Dami, thank you for responding to my chat, I am encouraged by your words. Can you throw more light on the kind of program you mean and how to go about it, or better still can I contact you personally? Thank you once again ♥️
Hi Dami, Your presentation is good but I want to bring your attention to this error which you should not encourage your viewers to do. You mentioned that they can take the minimum wage. It is a crime for an employer to pay below minimum wage and the worse of it is that, it disqualifies your application for permanent residence. Remember your employer has to pay income tax and this will reflect when you upload your documents to IRCC. Nice presentation though. CC
Okay! Taking a minimum wage job is different from taking a below minimum wage job. I never encouraged anyone to take a job below minimum wage 😐 So I’m not sure I get your actual point?
