I love this new design, I had never thought of using the doors that way to make the windows look better, more videos like these and if possible in the Mounds!
I deliberately place most of my buildings on a flat surface so that they are not tied to the landscape. for this there is not much difference to build it in the desert or mounds)

Not bad at all I like it, like it a lot I love building in this game. Building a city at the moment in official server #2017 on xbox been building on it for a year as a solo builder. Lots of farming though. A build like that would take around 3 hours of farming solo. But it’s very nicely done

Builders: Comment if you add 'grunge' to your bases - 'grunge' being giving your base a 'lived in' look (rubbish, debris, stuff lying about). Centralising Storage? A barracks and foodhouse, tavern/bar and bathing areas.
