This has to be one of your most elegant soaps yet! I love the gold on top! Maybe you could add streaks of gold on the inside as well? My answer to the question of the day: I like stones. I have a nice ametyst in my large bathroom, some nice citrine stones in the living room, and some really cute quarts geodes in the guest bathroom. I don't really believe that stones have healing properties or emit certain energies, but they look nice.
Definitely rocks. Feathers are kinda in the same category as animal print for me, and I find them kinda gaudy. If raspberries are difficult for you, look into ones you can grow in containers so you can bring them in and out if you need.
Thank you for being exactly what I need! I NEVER have to worry about your content and if it's going to be kid friendly. Which is so important to me as my 2 year old is a actual sponge. I can put your videos on while I do housework or whatever and know with confidence I am getting QUALITY family friendly content. I think you are beyond fabulous!!! Thank you for everything you share
Such a huge bonus of Katie's stuff! I have actually shown a couple movies to my kids to show them how you can handle disappointment or frustration with a smile.
@@lisaroper421 that's such a great idea for my older kiddo I may have to implement that one Thank You! Overall I just find her channel really soothing as well I haven't found another creator comparable. Anyway, hope you get to enjoy your weekend!!
I really empathize with the way you get inspired by so many things! I'd love to make soap based on songs... I have synesthesia, so music has color, texture, and occasionally smells for me. Translating those into soap could be so satisfying!
Katie I love you! Please keep being your authentic self and wear t-shirts, no makeup, and your hair in a bun for all your intros. I feel your look on a spiritual level and you are such a breath of fresh air and the most adorable human ever. ❤️
This soap turned out so pretty!!! I absolutely get the vintage china vibe! Personally, I like decorating with gems. My husband and I always joke that someday we're going to be rich and do our kitchen countertops in rose quartz!
Those buckets are soo big and sooo heavy when it's full like that(I use em at work haha) This is going to come out soo beautiful! everything you make always does!!!
QOTD: I definitely prefer to decorate with feathers. I LOVE peacock feathers especially. Whenever I get married someday my bouquet is going to be peacock feathers, pampas grass and blue, brown and green silk flowers of some sort.
My cousin had those colors for her wedding and a similar bouquet and it was stunning! 12 years later and her wedding photos still look fashionable. She wore purple belt around her gown and it looked incredible against all the peacock colors in the bouquet. Then each layer of her cake also had a purple ribbon. You will be a beautiful bride too 🥰
Precious Rocks for decor just make rooms look so much better especially when light reflects out of it ✨😍 also that soap is so prettyyyyyy you did an awesome job as expected ❤️
Friday surprise video! I would prefer stones/crystals. Feathers just seem incompatible with soap and water (I know that it's just for decoration). Feather like swirl design would be great. Peacock soap would be amazing 🦚
This soap is STUNNING it's so simple and oof, so good for spring. I love it. As for the QOTD: Def a rock person, I used to pick up rocks all the time when I was a kid and I still do sometimes.
SO PRETTY!!! I’m loving this theme!! I like the look of feathers - but they get so dusty. I also love stones - but they are very subtle. I think I am inclined to decorate with exotic fabrics - like used saris - and keep tumbled stones in my pocket.
I think if the birds feathers fall off naturally 100% feathers! I’ve never seen it done and I think it’s be so romantic and classic and earthy love it!
I have been watching your channel for the last few month and enjoy them very much. My Granddaughter who is r(4yrs )especially likes the videos with Lily in them. I have been playing with melt and pour and have had a lot of success, but now I need to bump it up a knock,so tonight i made my first bar of cold process soap. With you instruction video. I took it step by step and presto my first bars are in the first 72 hrs of life. .
this soap has to be one of the most effortlessly elegant ones ever! i loved how the bars looked on top, like flower petals, but maybe a tiny bit of gold drizzle on the inside would bring out the fine china look even more? and yeah, rocks.
Well, if you have varying degrees of rarity in gemstones, you do in exotic bird feathers too. Collections of songbird feathers can be beautiful if you get lucky and find colorful ones. Pigeon feathers aren’t exactly rare, but the iridescence is lovely. I collect feathers I find and put them in vases. Their pigments last much longer than flowers, plus they don’t wilt.
This is so gorgeous! Fantastic job again, Katie! Quick story for ya, when I was in grade school my Dad planted raspberry bushes all along the out side of our backyard fence. This way anybody could pick them and enjoy them it was a beautiful! All the kids would have so much fun! Some adults did pick some but not often, they all knew those bushes were for the kids. When I hit high school, we fell upon hard times and my parents had to sell their home. The 1st thing the people did who bought my parent's home was to up root ALL of those bushes and replant them inside the fence. They were not well received in the neighborhood after that. Moral of the story... don't be selfish when it comes to fruit baring plants, trees or bushes. Feed your neighbors, let the kids have fun. It's the Best of things!
Ya know, i think this soap is by far my favorite soap you've ever made! its so simple yet so stunning! QOTD: gonna go semi precious all the way any crystal in my preference allll the way
Katie, you have inspired me to “do something nice for myself” and follow my lifelong dream of having a soap/body product business! Thank you so much for all your tutorials and encouraging words. Edit:watched to the end and QOTD rocks. Also how absolutely gorgeous!!
To set fruit well raspberries need about 3 days of frosty weather in the winter. Otherwise the crop tends to be nearly zero as the flowerbuds don;t develop properly.
I love both feathers and stones, but I think I would go for stones as they would work with my house "theme" easier. I am obsessed with the top of that soap. It's stunning!
The top on this one is just beautiful! And for the question, I answer both. I have rocks, but also feather or two (though not from exotic birds but just native ones we have here). I have found the rocks and feathers beautiful since I was young. And it feels like they bring a bit of nature into the house.
4:25 Plop. Made me giggle. I am such a child.😏 QOTD: I love tumbled stones! I went to Gem show (wearing an N95 mask throughout, mind you) just last week. So many beautiful stones! I am not superstitious, but I have heard that some people think that having peacock feathers in your home is unlucky. Feathers are lovely, but I prefer to view my feathers on a living bird.☺🕊 LOVE the look of this soap and I think the fragrance sounds delightful.
This is probably my favorite soap you've made! A gorgeous example of "less is more" 🤩as for decoration, I do love feathers, but I don't have any exotic ones. Mostly from crows, ducks, owls, and juncos :)
THESE COLORS ARE EVERYTHING. I watch Mia Maples she's in the process of planning her wedding and this reminds me of the colors she is going for. I just love this can't wait to order it...brilliant
gems! In PA we have a bunch of caves that I grew up going on tours of. I used to have a small collection of animals carved from semi precious stones that my brothers rather loved to death when we were kids. I used to set them all out on my window sill and make up stories about my little rose quartz ponies and amethyst wolves. Sadly they didnt survive my childhood but they were very much loved.
The soap samplers are my favorite, I love being able to smell all of the different soaps. I often end up liking most the ones that I don't expect, like the One Ring inspired soap is currently in my bathroom and leaves a gentle, warm scent on my skin that goes really well with my vanilla body lotion.
Gem stones for me. Feathers are beautiful though. This soap is quite beautiful. Thanks for sharing and going back to doing collections. I enjoy them so much. Thank U
I love feathers and rocks so it's hard to choose honestly! Probably rocks because overall they are less delicate but can be just as beautiful. Also this soap looks amazing and the smell description also sounds amazing. I might have to try and get my hands on a bar or two!
I always think (on every video), 'this is my favorite soap Katie has made' BUT I am 10000000% sure that THIS one is my all time fave. it is so STUNNING!
Lovely combination of color and design: it's an excellent match to the inspiration. (And it sounds like the fragrance is a solid match too.) ...I still have soap from previous orders. I don't *need* more soap, but I wants it, precious, I wants it. (Also, stones. No idea why, because some feathers are spectacular, but... stones.)
QOTD- I would definitely have to go with the rocks. Pro tip on blackberries, it's an invasive vine so be ready to trim it every year to keep it where you want it. I grew up next to woods that were taken over by blackberries and it's such a double edged sword. Nothing compares to fresh black berries, but they really will take over any space they're in. They've since developed the wooded area and my mom, almost 20 years later, is still fighting the blackberry vines in her yard.
The pink and green have me power puff girl vibes. I would love to a power puff girl soap with those colors and see what the blue color would look like !
GEMS!!!!! I didn't think this soap would be my kind of thing when the video started, but it is absolutely STUNNING! I will definitely be ordering this! ❤❤❤
QOTD: I definitely have to say I'd go for the semi-precious stones. I love me some pretty rocks!! Hilarious though about the "precious stones"! Imagine if people actually just emeralds and sapphires and diamonds just laying around!! 😂😂
A beautiful soap! I'm a big fan of stones and rocks. I'm a natural rockhound and my eyes are always on the ground looking for crystals. Agates are pretty common around where I live! My house is filled with semiprecious stones and crystals I've found and squirreled away, much to my partner's dismay.
The color palette of this one is gorgeous! Question about the sampler pack. I ordered that last month thinking I would get a sample of each of the collection but it had different samples instead. Nice samples and I love my order but I'm curious if I am able to score the pack again, will it or should it have all of the samples for the collection that month? Thank you for another fun video!
This turned out so pretty! I actually JUST ordered some blackberry & raspberry canes right before watching this video! As for the QOTD, I'm a total rock & mineral hound. I'll take a cool mineral specimen or crystal over pretty much anything else, any day!
Between the two I prefer different feathers, even had peacock feathers instead of flowers at my wedding... Which I still have in a decorative base in my lounge.
Oh and for the question of the day: rocks for sure. It also reminded me about an idea I read about somewhere on the Internet: synthetic stones, like emeralds, rubies, etc. is alchemy in real life. It makes them so much more precious in my eyes, I never want "natural" ones :)
That's exactly what I thought it's absolutely beautiful but I think it would be even better if the little bit of gold was swirled in the colors.
The top of that soap is absolutely reminiscent of that plate you showed absolutely gorgeous good job
HOORAY
Definitely rocks. Feathers are kinda in the same category as animal print for me, and I find them kinda gaudy.

why don't you send in a soap inspiration for her to make one based on a song u like?
@@aeilahpi1207 You know what? I feel so silly for not thinking of that! Thank you for the suggestion... Now I have ideas zooming through my brain!!

That is literally the hardest question you've ever asked. I cannot answer because both are the most precious things one can find when exploring
Visually, this might be my absolutely favorite soap you've ever made. It's stunning!
I know a lot of people love watching the lye water/oils mixing but I think my favorite part is the color mixing. So satisfying for me.
That little bit of gold on the top really made it look like the plate
The colors of this soap are so relaxing... This design is kinda giving me a nostalgic feeling.
I think if the birds feathers fall off naturally 100% feathers! I’ve never seen it done and I think it’s be so romantic and classic and earthy love it!

Soap is lovely!

This soap makes me so ridiculously happy. Those were all my wedding colours
Every soap in this collection so far is gorgeous! I love them all. And for the question of the day, I prefer rocks.
I so appreciate your joy and laughter and silliness! You have made me smile. Thank you 😍

LOVE the look of this soap and I think the fragrance sounds delightful.
I love this so much! I think a neat idea would be to have 2 layers of the swirls, separated by a gold mica line 😍 It's so pretty and elegant!
I could be crazy but the soap looks like a lady facing to the side with her head up. It’s so amazing
This is probably my favorite soap you've made! A gorgeous example of "less is more" 🤩as for decoration, I do love feathers, but I don't have any exotic ones. Mostly from crows, ducks, owls, and juncos :)
So beautiful. Stunning pastels and a touch of class with the gold. Your swirl is very pretty, reminds me of feathers.

Rocks and crystals, for sure. Love this soap, it turned out beautifully well!
Would have loved to see some gold on the inside of the soap as well. It's sooo pretty and elegant! You're definitely on my list for gift ideas!

Oh, Katie!!! What a prefect spring or Easter soap!!!! So BEAUTIFUL!!!!❤❤❤
So delicate. That gold swirl is stunning!
Stones on top! Working in a small piece of jewelry within center of soap in plastic 1” box. Jewelry also made by me. Love the color combo.
Such a simple and pretty elegant soap!! Perfect for springtime too, I love it. That gold really is stunning on the top.
Really love the simplicity and effect of the top
Wow! You totally captured the essence of the plate!!! Great job!
Feathers from exotic birds. Love this soap, its beautiful, prefer your 'grown up' soaps rather than the frosted ones. Nice job

Rocks! I like to decorate with rocks - common or semi-precious. Geodes and marble are particularly stunning.
I just used the blackberry magnolia in a candy heart themed soap and it is SO GOOD! I love how pretty and spring like this soap is!
Gem stones for me. Feathers are beautiful though. This soap is quite beautiful. Thanks for sharing and going back to doing collections. I enjoy them so much. Thank U

I'm in love with that plate, this soap is just dreamy, definitely will be the first I order in April
The pink and green have me power puff girl vibes. I would love to a power puff girl soap with those colors and see what the blue color would look like !
That top is gorgeous! The creamy white looks so elegant with those colors.❤️💜💙
The colors remind me of Easter...would make a great Easter gift! Very pretty 😍
Beautiful! I love the top! When the loaf is still intact it reminds me of a flowering vine.
the crystals for sure!! green aventurine, amethyst and rose quartz😍😍
GEMS!!!!!
I didn't think this soap would be my kind of thing when the video started, but it is absolutely STUNNING! I will definitely be ordering this! ❤❤❤
I prefer the gems! They don't have to be tumbled, though. I just think they're so pretty!
Love the look of this soap, you nailed the antique china look. Thanks for your great videos your positivity shines through and always makes me smile
I prefer this kind of top instead of frosting or glitter. Very pretty soap!
The inside looks like a flower, looks beautiful! 😍
This is the most beautiful soap ever 😍 that gold on top is perfection
Oh Katie this soap is so pretty - so elegant and classy just like your fab self xx
Oh Katie…stunning. The top is perfect. Love this!
I really like the color scheme and the simple but elegant top
It gives off royalty vibes i love it
How fitting!!
This is not something I would’ve ever guessed I’d like but it’s splended
Rocks for sure! Love that soap…it’s elegant and beautifully simple
QOTD:
I definitely have to say I'd go for the semi-precious stones. I love me some pretty rocks!!
Hilarious though about the "precious stones"! Imagine if people actually just emeralds and sapphires and diamonds just laying around!! 😂😂
This is one of my favorite designs by you. The swirl on top is perfect
I love the rocks! Aquamarine, rose quartz, amethyst, onyx all of that beautiful goodness
Your brother is a snake feather salesman! Love this soap, so classy.
Tumbled Rocks for sure! Love quartz and amethyst!
I just wanted to say thank you. No matter how I am feeling, watching you make soap, just makes my day better.
The soap is totally awesome. Purple, green and pink are my favorite colors. I would prefer to decorate with beautiful peacock feathers.
Rocks for sure!! I've recently looked into rock hunting and polishing videos. Jasper, amethyst and rose gold are actually fairly common rocks to find.
Rocks, every time, endlessly. I love pretty rocks especially rose quartz. I absolutely adore the colour palette for this soap, Yaaas!
I’ve been wanting to grow a Huckleberry bush soooo baaaad!! Loved this soap it turned out so beautiful 💖💖💖
WHAT A BEAUTIFUL SOAP!! 😍 Very elegant and pretty
It’s giving tangled in the best way

Nice samples and I love my order but I'm curious if I am able to score the pack again, will it or should it have all of the samples for the collection that month? Thank you for another fun video!
So glad you like your samples! It totally depends on what we have available but we make sure each sample pack has something different!
No it's all random you might not even get any from the current collection but they are always amazing!!
Simple and elegant... chef's kiss 💋
So beautiful! You are definitely my favorite soaper! 🫶🏼
The rocks. I collected rocks as a kid and the shiny ones were always a bonus for my collection.
