Cool tool box, Penncraft would have been JC Penney brand. Back in the day Penney seemed to be trying to compete with Sears Craftsman in a somewhat small way.

Interesting. I had no idea where Penncraft came from - makes sense now. It's actually a pretty solid box. I wonder who actually made it?
