It was standard to have one encore and then come out for finale so it didn't seem weird to us back then but I know nowadays that must look strange. :-) also, the boy in the open your heart video is Felix Howard and I'm not sure what he's been doing lately and the boy dancing in her tour is Chris Finch and he had a music single of his own at one point I have the vinyl, and I think he became a DJ on a radio station? But I'm not sure what he's been up to these days. So many great memories of this time in my life, and I'm so excited for you to see your favorite artist very soon. I remember hearing Live to Tell for the first time, it was the New Madonna, it was released as a single before the Album True Blue was released, for the theme song to the movie At Close Range. That movie is super awesome, but she's not in it. Sean Penn and Christopher Walken star in it. To me the lyrics evoked Marilyn and Natalie Wood, both of who's deaths were mysterious, arguably. I also related to it, because being gay at the time was a secret and "sometimes it got so hard to hide it well."❤
