I'm hunting for a black one for my upper waterline. The Milani one didn't work great for me. I will have to try the LA Girl! I've also heard the Julep pencil liner is a good one. Anyone have an opinion on it?
The Milani didn't work for me. I love the staying power of the Covergirl Exhibitionist liner, but its more of a vinyl gloss finish, and I want a matte finish. I will have to try LA Girl next. If anyone knows of a true dupe for the discontinued Marc Jacobs liner, you let a bitch know.
@@BrwnEydGrl878 I’ve noticed it’s a little harder to find these days as Rimmel gets pushed into smaller and smaller spaces compared to other drugstore brands, but it’s usually around $4. The black one transfers on me, but the brown is perfection! I hope it works for you too!!
Nothing beat Marc Jacobs on my waterline...but of course they discontinued the brand. Everything I've tried on my waterline so far smudges and transfers like hell. Ugh!!!!

Same milani one would disappear little by little even in just 10 mins. And i dont want super watery eyes (im a MUA)

I have really good luck with the Rimmel exaggerate waterproof liner in the shade “rich” (it’s brown). That’s my go to, used for years.
