So the Regloss members themselves don't quite know why they were labeled as separate unit from the rest of HoloJP. That lines up with what Raden said in her collab stream with Lamy.
I think the separation has its benefit. I assume there's a management that oversee the JP branch as a whole. By separating them, not only regloss has their own management that can provide full commitment for them, the JP branch management also wont be overcrowded as they're already managing generations of members And that's just my speculation of course, we don't really know what's cover's plan is
It's so crazy to me that even after a full year, they have no idea what's going on themselves. If the talents can't explain it even after all that time, there is something wrong. Well I can't wait to see Device being merged into holo JP within the next 2 years

Basically DEV_IS is about group activities, and each unit will focus on something specific, as simple as that.

Holo JP doesn't already have Gens that have whole paid or free live and work as units in order to make it work? Atm Dev_is brings absolutely nothing new to the table concretely. So why are they a branch? It's not just Kanade mind you, Raden too spoke about it saying the members themselves are not sure why they're separated. Lamy said she doesn't understand either. So: the audience doesn't know why it exists, HoloJp doesn't understand why it's separated, Dev_is members themselves are unsure of the purpose of their own branch and have to rely on "personal interpretation" to make sense of things. Dev_is as a branch is a failure. Even worse than inonakka and project hope. Those 2 projects had a clear goal that could be communicated to everyone clearly. Whereas Dev_is seems to be pure marketing BS from Cover, and that's why nobody gets it. Why is a shame because it is holding back the very entertaining and gifted talents involved.
In the sea of strong indies across Japan, they choose Korean. This may describe how “extremely hard” of the audition for HoloJP because it’s not exclusive for Japanese anymore.
