How to Connect to Audi Connect

- In this video I am showing you the steps on how to set up your my Audi Connect apps. After you contact with your local Audi brand specialist, this videos has 3 steps and once you complete the set up, you can excess to the apps and use the features on the apps. I have the standard mmi. Can i connect with android?
What model Audi are you driving now? Which year? Android auto only available after 2020 if I remember correctly.

@@branislav777 I think you should be able to connect to android auto but I’m sorry I’m not 100% sure. Maybe check with the sales person that you bought the car with?
Hi Simon, i don”t see the gear icon but my sos light is green, please help

@@simonfoo878 , well there is just no way to see the set keyuser button, so i can”t put my username and passeord in , already thkzz for helping , regards Richard. All this was after an update from Audi
Hi Richard that could be 2 reason first it could be a pre owned vehicle that an Audi brand specialist need to create an account for the new owner. Second it could be the updated software as mentioned by you.
@@simonfoo878 , it was as a matter of fact the software , they have given me now the brand new updated version and it all works great now, i think i”ve had the software witch is supposed to be delivered in April , thkz again for reactions 👍 regards Richard

Hi Simon, the screen stays on “setting the key user, please wait” . What can I do for that?
Hi Jacqueline, firstly you have to set it up like what I shown on the video once completed you should be able to see yourself as the user of the vehicle, then you have to switch off and on your vehicle and click do not show again I hope this help, if you’re unable to set it up you have to speak to you Audi Brand specialist to set up an account on for your MyAudi first before you can do the above steps.
I do not see the gear icon on the top right when I get into users. Do you know how I can get that to show up?
Hi James is your SOS light showing green? If it is not showing green unfortunately you can’t set it up and you have to get an Audi Brand Specialist to set it up on their computer first before you can proceed. Hope that helps let me know.

@@jameswu328 yes the car have to get check first if red light flashing unfortunately your can’t set it up you need to address the issue first before setting up Audi connect. Thanks
It keep saying the password is wrong.. But in my Audi account is the same password..?? HELP
You have to reset password if still not working you have to contact with your sales person
