Meron akong Hilux conquest and totoo, matagtag talaga, so nag upgrade na ako ng suspension at ok na talaga sya. Pero gamit ko lang si hilux for kargahan at pang akyat ng bundok, not for comfort. And for comfort at city drive may kotse naman. Maganda talaga sya overall.
This is my first time watching this channel and I think this channel is highly underrated. Sobrang in-depth ng explanation niya sa bawat sasakyan sa video na to and super honest. He managed to compare those trucks and provide all those information without making us feel overwhelmed. I'm very impressed!
Just when you thought nothing can surprised you anymore by the videos you can watch on YT, suddenly Sir Levi drops videos like these out of nowhere. This is heaven, especially for someone like me who is currently in the market for a pick-up truck. Thank you, Sir Levi.
Uunahan ko na kayo if bago ka palang sa channel na toh and di kayo open minded or masaktan kayo sa sasabihin ni sir levi kasi sasakyan niyo yung nasabihan niya ng hindi maganda then, wag na kayo manood.. hindi para sainyo itong channel na toh. Agree sir. If you want an honest and straightforward review. Sir Levi is the way to go. And as a Navara user, agree ako sa kanya na medyo clunky ang ingay ng engine 😂😂
I own Toyota Conquest.
One of the most honest reviewer! Super in-reality ang review nyo sir. Keep up the good work 🙂 For me, Mazda BT50 (for looks, free 5yr PMS and Isuzu engine reliability) and Triton (combination of reliability, modern design and refinement). I rather buy the most comfortable and refined pick up and use it for 5-10yrs THAN buying the most reliable and use it for 10-20yrs but couldn't give the most enjoyable and comfortable driving experience. IMO
I also got the BT50 Mazda. Relaxed engine and powerful, reliability and durability with a classy design. D common na nakikita sa daan. At sure na maaalagaan ng maayos sadakyan since 5 yrs pms sa dealership wala na iispin pa.
Maganda mag test drive pag lahat yan may karga para malaman din diperensya pag meron ng karga which is yun naman talaga purpose ng pick up truck pang karga, pero dipende rin tlga kung saan gagamitin. Kung may farm ka and more on kargahan gagamitin yung pick up ill go for reliability tlga, pero kung for daily use pang service dun ka talaga sa comfort.
Very fair review. Boils down to what you want out of your vehicle and more importantly what you use it for. The Ranger is geared towards lifestyle buyers and hence all the creature comforts it provides. The hilux is at the other end of the spectrum where most of its buyers use it as a work vehicle where primary concern is reliability and durability.
Toyota Fans ako Sir Levi... pero napakaganda ng over all review nyo sa bawat brand ng pick up... direct to the point ayon sa pagte test drive nyo.. para sken Mitsubishi Triton Athlete ako at this point.. salamat sa napakagandang review.. More power sa channel nyo Sir Levi.. Godbless
I’ll go through Mitsubishi Triton sir Levi sa lahat ng pick-up trucks natin po dito sa pinas. Kesa sa last model ni triton na si Strada, yes naandun pa rin naman yung parang history na “name” ni Strada sa All New Triton natin ngayun kay Mitsubishi, kasi para sakin sya yung masasabi nating talagang “ALL NEW” sa lahat na competitors pickup brands like Hilux GRS, Ranger Wild track & Ranger Raptor, & Navara. Kaya i’ll choose “All New Triton Athlete” pickup truck, soon makakapag-test drive din kami ni erpat sa Mitsubishi.
I trust toyotas for reliability but does not mean that i will not like this channel. I watched his reviews and he is spot-on. I am looking to try a different brand that's why i watched this. And i learned a lot . Good job, Levi. Keep up the good work.
Honest and superb review maganda talaga ang ford sa confort problem really yong after sales if you have the money go for ford for me proven and tested talaga ang toyota OA masyado na yong super tagtag
This is by far the most honest review. Good to know yung upsides and downsides of the other brands. I own a Nissan Navara, on point si Sir. Great ride comfort, but may delay sa switch from 1st to 2nd gear - pero yung upshifts nya smooth.
The most reliable and accurate car reviewer. Thank you, sir Levi, for another informative vlog. And I chose the Mitsubishi Athlete, since father ko naka Montero and kapatid ko naka Adventure, and I'm upgrading from Xpander Cross.
For now isuzu gamit ko at mabigat talaga steering nya. Nice review.
Essentially no bad choices in the market, just choices depending on what you want. After driving the Ranger, Hilux and Triton so far, I'll get the Ranger for my needs.

This is by far the most real and honest review, unbiased. This is the proof that, brands has to capitalize on what they have at the moment, Ford leads this consistently, they listen to customers, they follow thru immediately by providing the most innovative product. hence the envy bashing from its competitors, understandably Hilux and the Navarra is at the end of its life cycle, hence their current ranking, but they still capitalized before enjoying the highest sales when they were first brought the variants out..But the dmax, they sure know how to waste good opportunity, decade in, decade out, yes, now they have the updates but still cannot keep up with ford, but when navarra and hilux comes out with their full model change, oh man, toyota and nissan surely knows how to heat up the competition only with ford, dmax will be bumped down at the last rank again and again, it gives me goosebumps to anticipate on how Ford, Nissan, and Toyota competes at a level, par and even ahead with their customers wants and needs. Come to think of it, life cycle of innovations, Dmax is always on the loosing end, in this..the Lifestyle segment, battling out for CONSISTENT supremacy. kudos to Ford..kudos to Sir Levi. 🦾🦾🦾
@@roadbusiness6667 Yap all you want, but you can't deny the fact that Isuzu's reliability and power is top tier. No. 1 best selling in thailand, Thailand's No. 1 Drag diesel pickup. That 4j Engine is unrivaled, will never give its owners headache in the long run. When it comes to comfortability and driver aids it is far better as compared to the likes of the Hilux's shitty ride and a much decent interior than Navara's old looking crappy interior. 🤢 You rarely see unsatisfied Isuzu owners with their units, cause you'll never know the true sentiments if you never own one.
@@roadbusiness6667 An overused cliche cause it gets the job done. You'll never know what an Isuzu owner's sentiments is until you become one. Most powerful (depends if tuned), efficient and yet reliable in the long run.
The best review in YT with no bias. No to brand wars, super honest review. I got my eyes on Ford Ranger Wildtrak as I've testdrive it as well. Thanks sir!
good review..sa mga nagsasabi na para sa kargahan ang pick up truck bili kau ng manual at low variant ng mga nsabing brand para kung lalaspagin nio man o pang bundok man yan..sulit ang pinambili nio at ung pinaka ok na desisyon..pero kung top of the line ang pinaguusapan malamang for daily at comfort ang hanap ng mga buyer na gusto ang pick up.. so tama lang na humanap k ng pick up na aayon sa panlasa mo..
Kabibili lang din namin pick-up. Ang purpose namin for overlanding sana. Almost 3 mos din ako nagresearch at nagbisita ng casa before kami nakabili. After considering ang price, looks, ride comfort, reputation ng reliability and durability.. ang mazda bt50 pangolin 4x4 top of the line ang napili namin.
Pero kahit napanood ko to bago ako bumili nung pick-up. I will still choose the Navara. Mas prefer ko kasi yung design nya at engine. Tapos coil spring and mostly yung presyo.
in the lower variant Navara (VE & Calibre X) dominates it all because it just copied the same power of the top of the line (Pro4x) but minus the weight of 4x4 and also the same ride comfort of the top of the line...the only downside is as mentioned in the video is transmission lag in lower gear but the ride control in high speed is excellent...the interior however is improved and updated across all Navara variants
First time to watch to your channel Sir Levi. Salute! Very impressive and transparent. Pwedeng pang bentequatro oras. Walang kinikilingan, Walang prinoprotektahan, Walang kasinungalingan, serbisyong totoo lamang.
This review is spot on, bumili ako ng toyota gr coz of reliability and dahil nga toyota ito at dahil first time ko bumili wala ng testing buy agad, sumakit katawan ko sa totoo lng ma talbog lalo pg mag isa mo lng nkkpgod.
@@marinerchris yes, only the Athlete gets the high output version, still, the regular 4N16 is much much more powerful than the 2.4 Hilux, 2.2 Ranger, and 1.9 D-MAX and BT50.
@rapide12345 this is true actually. Driven the Conquest with the updated 2.8 and Triton GLS single-turbo, and the Mitsubishi felt just as powerful as the Toyota - even if it's down by 20Hp and 70Nm! Also why I'm not surprised when the difference vs the Athlete isn't huge, the single turbo version is almost just as responsive as the 2-stage version of the Triton.
Pero kung aalagan at maayoa ang pag mamaneho mo walang magiging problema ang sasakyan, i have my 2018 everest for almost 6 years with 70k kms pero parang bago parin ang takbo. Kaya lumang tugtugin na ang ford is sirain.
Salamat po sir Levi sa comprehensive comparison with the different pick-ups, para din ako naka experience na nagda drive din, at least I got a lot of ideas of the performance and feel kahit sobrang labo na makakabili ako ng kahit alin dito haha
With the current choices in the market, I don't think we can say that there really is any outright bad pickup truck out there. They just have a different blend of characteristics compared to one another. Personally, I like the D-Max/BT-50 as I find it to be the most balanced choice for my needs and priorities. I haven't fully test driven and checked out the Triton though, and that might change my mind.
Doing the test drive we are all ears especially on wordings, preparing our self to hear positive or negative outcome.the test was done in an honest and fair in comparison .Every pick up drive in the road to see and feel the differences, base on actual rides just set aside first the price of every brand..Its the COMFORT-wheels manuever and suspension,AMBIENCE-aircon,infotainment,material used inside.ACTUAL DYNAMIC EXPERIENCE- on the road performance, the most important ENGINE-, power- sound redinement and engine response.they are all good but in over all conclusion the best and very good based on the test drive is TRITON and WILDTRACK.❤
I just smiled with amusement when you said "matagtag talaga siya" while driving the Hilux GRS... Everyone knows the Hilux is not built for perfect comfort nor pure lifestyle, it is designed for utility. Kargahan ng 1000KG ang mga trucks na yan at ikumpara ang lakas at tibay bawat isa sa kanila while driving offroad, the Hilux will always stand out. *Hilux owner here*
Pero paying almost 2.2M for grs na matadtad parin is probably very disappointing. Pero I agree with utility. If hanap mo talaga is pang kargahan go for hilux
Agree! Ang pinoy puro comfort zone. Sa australia si hilux ang underrated. Here in UAE, halimaw ang toyota.paborito ng mga arabo ang hilux. Kahit saan ka lilingon puro toyota hilux at toyota tundra
This is a fair review in my opinion. Again, Driving Experience ang pinag uusapan. not longevity or reliability. Pag ikaw yung owner na aim for supreme Comfort, you either will own the car for a couple years, and will not haul heavy loads then go for Ranger, (Current) Navarra or Triton. Pero pag ikaw yung yung owner na will haul heavy loads, not looking for supreme comfort and with best reliability and you know you can keep in the long run not worrying about aftermarket parts go for Hilux, DMAX or Triton. So the best middle ground right now is Triton in my own opnion.
I tested Hilux Conquest, Ranger Wildtrak, Navarra Calibre X, BT50 Pangolin. All had similar prices. I was rooting for Navarra but was disappointed. I tested Ranger last because I dont like Ford's reliability but I was impressed with how quiet the engine was and how comfortable. Wildtrak was the most comfortable and packed more features. It felt like a crossover rather than a pickup truck. I ended up choosing the least I favored.
same here, i tested all possible pick up available, i was also rooting for navara and tested ford last also, but iba ang comfort at spacio ang binibigay ni ford, i stand 5"11 and widebody, parang masikip sa akin yun ibang pick up, lalo na si hilux. so i choosed ford, comfy kahit sa 2nd row ako umupo. at ang steering ni ford ang lambot, si hilux aside sa matagtag, ang steering wheel niya mabigat compared kai ford.
Very Informative review sir!
The best talaga ang Ford !!!
For me here's my list kung driving comfort ang pag uusapan. 1. Wildtrack 2. Navara 3. Triton 4. D-max 5. Hilux Note that isang factor lng ang driving comfort.
Hoping you'll get this kind of review soon on compact sedans like civic vs mazda 3 vs corolla naman. Quality content talaga.
Sir for me I choose ranger sport 4×4.. pangarap ko 4x4, c sporty ko sya lang ang affordable na 4x4..napaka practical, and fuel efficient.
Those who havent yet driven the new generation Everest and Rangers. They are just next level refinement. NVH is awesome and the tech is just tops. The 5 year warranty made me get the new titanium everest in exchange for 17 titanium. Evwn when testing the new Rangers as compared to others everything else about them are instantly noticeble top notch or premium compared to others. Again the 5 year warranty calms the senses down😅 The only one who can compete at those point is the free 5 year PMS of Mazda BT50s with Isuzu power plant inside to me is just best of both world and value for money.
@@pendypaul3366 as long as you do your due diligeance in maintenance and pms on time then its all good. The 17 Titanium everest is already in 150k km already and the Rqnger bro os now in 180k km. For Real.

For short well balance ang triton compare to hilux of reability, ford comfort power and tech for ppv platform and navarra for overall comfort and syempre aircon system.
Bought Mazda BT50 4x2 this January. Peace
Maraming salamat sa video, kahit wala akong ni-isa sa mga sasakyan na ni review mo sir, i can say, parang ako na rin ang nagdadrive. When it comes to reliability vs. comfort. Actually pick up was made tlaga for work horse, kargahan, pang baha.

Bonus nalang yang features at comfort.
Nice honest and straightforward review sir Levi. I am a Conquest owner for 8 months now, and i agree with your conclusion matagtag siya. So I ended up 2024 Hilux Conquest. Satisfied naman ako sa Hilux ko 1st pick up ko rin kasi at ito yung pick up na nakasanayan ko dito sa trabaho sa ME.

What? The Hilux GR-S has more powerful engine than the Conquest. Its engine has already dethroned the Ranger Raptor as having the most powerful engine in its segment. The point of the GR-S badge should more be about performance increase than cosmetics. It's already a big change.
If you’re looking for comfort don’t go with pick up truck as they are not really for comfort but for hauling stuffs. Saka because these are pick ups, a review should include testing with loads at the back. This you see the real aspect of these pick up trucks.
I totally agree.
He focused primarily on drive quality and comfort.. as much as i want the comfort of the ranger, it really has some issues with regards to durability. Its a pick up for city use and light hauling. This is based on experience.

I am an ofw tech pro for 3 decades work on maintenance n construction projects. I observed the best reliable pick up trucks are no 1...toyota hi lux, 4x4 diesel engine 2.8 liter. 2nd is D max Isuzu, 3rd is Nissan, 4th is Mitshubishi. Surprising, all are japanese brand. These are very tough in the desert inviroments. I disregard US brand because they are gas guzzlers V8s.
Halos naDrive ko nrin mga Pick Up. But prefered to use daily a Ranger. Khit sa long drive d pagod, magaan steering at d matagtag.. kahit mabilis takbo mo at nakabwelo na bigla may lubak2. D k mag-aalala kc dk masyado maaalog sa loob.

IMO
Same sa bt-50 hehe

Good choice bro!
Good choice! 👌
I trust toyotas for reliability but does not mean that i will not like this channel. I watched his reviews and he is spot-on. I am looking to try a different brand that's why i watched this. And i learned a lot . Good job, Levi. Keep up the good work.

For now isuzu gamit ko at mabigat talaga steering nya. Nice review.

Essentially no bad choices in the market, just choices depending on what you want. After driving the Ranger, Hilux and Triton so far, I'll get the Ranger for my needs.

Confirmed! OK na ako sa Triton! Salamat Sir

@@oobibab9572 an overused cliche that rarely translated into exceptional sales
@@roadbusiness6667 Yap all you want, but you can't deny the fact that Isuzu's reliability and power is top tier. No. 1 best selling in thailand, Thailand's No. 1 Drag diesel pickup. That 4j Engine is unrivaled, will never give its owners headache in the long run. When it comes to comfortability and driver aids it is far better as compared to the likes of the Hilux's shitty ride and a much decent interior than Navara's old looking crappy interior. 🤢 You rarely see unsatisfied Isuzu owners with their units, cause you'll never know the true sentiments if you never own one.

in the lower variant Navara (VE & Calibre X) dominates it all because it just copied the same power of the top of the line (Pro4x) but minus the weight of 4x4 and also the same ride comfort of the top of the line...the only downside is as mentioned in the video is transmission lag in lower gear but the ride control in high speed is excellent...the interior however is improved and updated across all Navara variants

@rapide12345 this is true actually. Driven the Conquest with the updated 2.8 and Triton GLS single-turbo, and the Mitsubishi felt just as powerful as the Toyota - even if it's down by 20Hp and 70Nm!

Ford ranger also based on overall consideration, did not regret
Nice to know the honest review of new triton athlete.. something to think about when buying a new car between Toyota and Mitsubishi
*Hilux owner here*
That is true
Pero paying almost 2.2M for grs na matadtad parin is probably very disappointing. Pero I agree with utility. If hanap mo talaga is pang kargahan go for hilux
Agree!

Well said.
One of the best and honest reviews to watch. 🎉 Nissan Navarra owner here.
Ford's pickup trucks are reliable, also the Everest.
same here, i tested all possible pick up available, i was also rooting for navara and tested ford last also, but iba ang comfort at spacio ang binibigay ni ford, i stand 5"11 and widebody, parang masikip sa akin yun ibang pick up, lalo na si hilux. so i choosed ford, comfy kahit sa 2nd row ako umupo. at ang steering ni ford ang lambot, si hilux aside sa matagtag, ang steering wheel niya mabigat compared kai ford.

I agree, I have Mazda BT50, The ownership it self is very great.

Salamat kaayo Sir, God bless you and your family Always 💕 Amping lang kanunay! FROM BOHOL........
Highly recommended tong channel ni kuya levi, tagal nakong subscriber very objective mag review
Its also my observation New GRS Hilux is just for GRS badge no big changes at all..sayang gusto ko sana porma nya..mag Triton nlang cguro..
aside from emblem, nka turbo na ang GRS and wider body.
What? The Hilux GR-S has more powerful engine than the Conquest. Its engine has already dethroned the Ranger Raptor as having the most powerful engine in its segment. The point of the GR-S badge should more be about performance increase than cosmetics. It's already a big change.
Great and thank you for sharing your drive experience.
If you’re looking for comfort don’t go with pick up truck as they are not really for comfort but for hauling stuffs. Saka because these are pick ups, a review should include testing with loads at the back. This you see the real aspect of these pick up trucks.
why not get both comfort and hauling? you don't haul everyday right?
I totally agree.
He focused primarily on drive quality and comfort.. as much as i want the comfort of the ranger, it really has some issues with regards to durability. Its a pick up for city use and light hauling. This is based on experience.
agree
"okay try natin itest drive sa labas para mafeel natin yung tagtag nya" 17:40 Kala ko ganun sasabihin ni sir levi,😂😂 hilux owner here 2016 model. As always nice review,
Pag ikaw nag rereview sir mkikinig tlga dhil may sense at tlgang car lover.
As a toycon owner, I'd go for the isuzu or mitsu.
Ganito magreview ng saksakyan. Another quality content sir levi.
I got New Gen Ford Ranger 4x4. I love everything in it.
Ford Raptor is my dream Pick up❤️
@@AstephenVidsraptor for looks but fx4 max for better overall performance.
