Meron akong Hilux conquest and totoo, matagtag talaga, so nag upgrade na ako ng suspension at ok na talaga sya. Pero gamit ko lang si hilux for kargahan at pang akyat ng bundok, not for comfort. And for comfort at city drive may kotse naman. Kung malalim bulsa mo, deretso kana sa Raptor. Maganda talaga sya overall.

Keep up the good work 🙂 For me, Mazda BT50 (for looks, free 5yr PMS and Isuzu engine reliability) and Triton (combination of reliability, modern design and refinement). I rather buy the most comfortable and refined pick up and use it for 5-10yrs THAN buying the most reliable and use it for 10-20yrs but couldn't give the most enjoyable and comfortable driving experience. IMO
I also got the BT50 Mazda. Relaxed engine and powerful, reliability and durability with a classy design. D common na nakikita sa daan. At sure na maaalagaan ng maayos sadakyan since 5 yrs pms sa dealership wala na iispin pa.
This is my first time watching this channel and I think this channel is highly underrated. Sobrang in-depth ng explanation niya sa bawat sasakyan sa video na to and super honest. He managed to compare those trucks and provide all those information without making us feel overwhelmed. I'm very impressed!
Uunahan ko na kayo if bago ka palang sa channel na toh and di kayo open minded or masaktan kayo sa sasabihin ni sir levi kasi sasakyan niyo yung nasabihan niya ng hindi maganda then, wag na kayo manood.. hindi para sainyo itong channel na toh. Ever since 2-3yrs ago ganyan na talaga magreview sa channel na to objective, straightforward, patas and walang sugarcoat, kung ano maramdaman niya or manotice sasabihin niya talaga. Very fair review. Boils down to what you want out of your vehicle and more importantly what you use it for. The Ranger is geared towards lifestyle buyers and hence all the creature comforts it provides. The hilux is at the other end of the spectrum where most of its buyers use it as a work vehicle where primary concern is reliability and durability.
I trust toyotas for reliability but does not mean that i will not like this channel. I watched his reviews and he is spot-on. I am looking to try a different brand that's why i watched this. And i learned a lot . Good job, Levi. Keep up the good work.
Maganda mag test drive pag lahat yan may karga para malaman din diperensya pag meron ng karga which is yun naman talaga purpose ng pick up truck pang karga, pero dipende rin tlga kung saan gagamitin. Kung may farm ka and more on kargahan gagamitin yung pick up ill go for reliability tlga, pero kung for daily use pang service dun ka talaga sa comfort.

I’ll go through Mitsubishi Triton sir Levi sa lahat ng pick-up trucks natin po dito sa pinas. Sa looks nya talaga ako mas naconfident or something kasi po kakaiba yung Looks nya kesa sa iba. Kesa sa last model ni triton na si Strada, yes naandun pa rin naman yung parang history na “name” ni Strada sa All New Triton natin ngayun kay Mitsubishi, kasi para sakin sya yung masasabi nating talagang “ALL NEW” sa lahat na competitors pickup brands like Hilux GRS, Ranger Wild track & Ranger Raptor, & Navara. Kaya i’ll choose “All New Triton Athlete” pickup truck, soon makakapag-test drive din kami ni erpat sa Mitsubishi.
This is by far the most honest review. Good to know yung upsides and downsides of the other brands. I own a Nissan Navara, on point si Sir. Great ride comfort, but may delay sa switch from 1st to 2nd gear - pero yung upshifts nya smooth.

Sa Totoo lang Dati palang kahit sa Review sa ibang Bansa Sir talagang ang nangunguna yung Triton . Kasi hindi talaga nag papahuli mapa speed, and other features. Pero sa Looks talaga maraming Pickup na mas maganda sakanya . Pero a side from that still Triton is The Best from other normal pickup to the Philippines Sir.

in the lower variant Navara (VE & Calibre X) dominates it all because it just copied the same power of the top of the line (Pro4x) but minus the weight of 4x4 and also the same ride comfort of the top of the line...the only downside is as mentioned in the video is transmission lag in lower gear but the ride control in high speed is excellent...the interior however is improved and updated across all Navara variants
Essentially no bad choices in the market, just choices depending on what you want. After driving the Ranger, Hilux and Triton so far, I'll get the Ranger for my needs.

With the current choices in the market, I don't think we can say that there really is any outright bad pickup truck out there. They just have a different blend of characteristics compared to one another. Personally, I like the D-Max/BT-50 as I find it to be the most balanced choice for my needs and priorities. I haven't fully test driven and checked out the Triton though, and that might change my mind.

Same sentiments, kaya Next Gen Wildtrak din kinuha ko kahit ang daming bashers ng ford with the reliability issue(mostly mga di rin naman maka afford nagsasabi nun 😅). I value more the ride quality, driving dynamics, comfort, and quality of life improvements na mga features niya. Mag 1 year na siya this June and so far wala pa naman naging problema.
1 year wala pa po yan, mga 8-10 years after using as workhorse dun natin malalaman, hilux owner here 2016 model with 126K mileage, still works the same as brand new 😊

Everyone knows the Hilux is not built for perfect comfort nor pure lifestyle, it is designed for utility. True naman talaga na yung hilux pang utility. Pero paying almost 2.2M for grs na matadtad parin is probably very disappointing. Ang dami talaga ng hilux na nagpapalit ng shock absorbers and coil springs para lang ma improve yung ride. Pero I agree with utility. If hanap mo talaga is pang kargahan go for hilux

After considering ang price, looks, ride comfort, reputation ng reliability and durability.. ang mazda bt50 pangolin 4x4 top of the line ang napili namin. With free 5 yrs pms nga pala din kaya plus factor na din. Isuzu dmax din sya na binihsan ng mazda ang exterior.

Sa tagal na naming mag kapitbahay wala akong napansin na nag ka trouble ang mga old rangers ng kapit bahay ko. Pero kung aalagan at maayoa ang pag mamaneho mo walang magiging problema ang sasakyan, i have my 2018 everest for almost 6 years with 70k kms pero parang bago parin ang takbo. Kaya lumang tugtugin na ang ford is sirain.

This is the proof that, brands has to capitalize on what they have at the moment, Ford leads this consistently, they listen to customers, they follow thru immediately by providing the most innovative product. hence the envy bashing from its competitors, understandably Hilux and the Navarra is at the end of its life cycle, hence their current ranking, but they still capitalized before enjoying the highest sales when they were first brought the variants out..But the dmax, they sure know how to waste good opportunity, decade in, decade out, yes, now they have the updates but still cannot keep up with ford, but when navarra and hilux comes out with their full model change, oh man, toyota and nissan surely knows how to heat up the competition only with ford, dmax will be bumped down at the last rank again and again, it gives me goosebumps to anticipate on how Ford, Nissan, and Toyota competes at a level, par and even ahead with their customers wants and needs. That 4j Engine is unrivaled, will never give its owners headache in the long run. When it comes to comfortability and driver aids it is far better as compared to the likes of the Hilux's shitty ride and a much decent interior than Navara's old looking crappy interior. 🤢 You rarely see unsatisfied Isuzu owners with their units, cause you'll never know the true sentiments if you never own one.

I have a brand bias with Isuzu. Thats why I got a Dmax and a MUX. Same engine. Its true, Dmax steering is really on the heavy side. Noticeable specially sa mga maniobra. The interior is decent but not classy. Despite the added tech, hindi siya that luxurious. Talagang its built as a workhorse. Ride is average but gets much smoother when loaded. But, when it comes to power and hauling no questions asked talaga. This UTE is built as a utility truck. It gets the job done with no fuzz. Proven and tested in our business. Unat na ang molye pero relaxed pa ang engine. Not on the fancy "good looking" ang design but it really is an extremely competent workhorse. Never let us down. Now the MUX is both an suv and a truck. It sits on a dmax chassis/frame and runs the same 3.0 engine on its bonnet.
@@marinerchris yes, only the Athlete gets the high output version, still, the regular 4N16 is much much more powerful than the 2.4 Hilux, 2.2 Ranger, and 1.9 D-MAX and BT50.
@rapide12345 this is true actually. Driven the Conquest with the updated 2.8 and Triton GLS single-turbo, and the Mitsubishi felt just as powerful as the Toyota - even if it's down by 20Hp and 70Nm! Also why I'm not surprised when the difference vs the Athlete isn't huge, the single turbo version is almost just as responsive as the 2-stage version of the Triton.
Magandang review. walang bias. maganda naman lahat talaga yan mga pick-up na yan kahit ano bilin mo panalo. Pero kahit napanood ko to bago ako bumili nung pick-up. I will still choose the Navara. Mas prefer ko kasi yung design nya at engine. Tapos coil spring and mostly yung presyo.
This is a fair review in my opinion. Again, Driving Experience ang pinag uusapan. not longevity or reliability. Pag ikaw yung owner na aim for supreme Comfort, you either will own the car for a couple years, and will not haul heavy loads then go for Ranger, (Current) Navarra or Triton. Pero pag ikaw yung yung owner na will haul heavy loads, not looking for supreme comfort and with best reliability and you know you can keep in the long run not worrying about aftermarket parts go for Hilux, DMAX or Triton. So the best middle ground right now is Triton in my own opnion.

opinion ko para sa mga pick up trucks ay dapat offered lang sila sa MT variants kasi dumarami mga pick up owners na pinang poporma lang ang pick up at di naman talaga ginagawang utility vehicle. alam naman natin na malaki ang kinukuhang space ng mga pick ups sa kalsada plus pa ang pag sus/or body lift ng mga to na nangsisilaw pa tuwing gabi dahil nga sa dagdag din ang height ng headlight placement nito na di naman na reregulate ng LTO at upon lifting naman ay pinapahirapan mo na din ang way ng pagkakarga ng mga mabibigat na item compared sa stock height ng pick up which is linalayo mo sa intended use ng pick up. for offroading naman you want to challenge your driving skills pero pipili ka ng automatic ? Bago ako bunili ng Everest 7 years ago, daming nag discourage 😁kesyo may reliability issue daw, mahal daw ang parts , etc… pero since 2 years ko na inoobserbahan ang Everest at wala namang major issues, bumili ako .. I’m glad di ako naniwala sa sabi sabi … 7 years after at more than 140,000 odo , para pa ring bago ang Everest ko .. ang mura pa ng maintenance parts sa Shoppee at Lazada.. mas marami pa naging issue yong Montero ng kapitbahay ko 😆😆😆

Sir for me I choose ranger sport 4×4.. pangarap ko 4x4, c sporty ko sya lang ang affordable na 4x4..napaka practical, and fuel efficient. Very satisfied naman ako sa features ok na sakin.
Actually pick up was made tlaga for work horse, kargahan, pang baha. Pang bundok, all roads situation kaya tlagang ang tibay ay importante sa pick up, un issue na tatag na sinasabi ninyo sa hilux napaka daling lang gawan ng paraan like customizing the suspension. Pero ang makina ay tlagang subok na!

Nice review, Nadrive ko na ang Wildtrak at Navara. Totoo yung review nya regarding sa Transmission ng Navara, matagal ang change gear at may engine brake pag namali ka ng timpla pag low speed traffic. Hindi compatible ang Navara sa city driving, pero sobrang solid nya sa long drive. Sa power, mas gusto ko yung Navara, mararamdaman mo yung hatak. Sa Wildtrak naman, smooth ang ride, ganda din ng transmission, solid yung labas at loob. Ang negative lang na napansin ko sa Wildtrak, pag nasa high speed na, medyo parang lumilipad na sa sobrang gaan compared sa navara na parang kapit sya sa kalsada.

In an Australian documentary about 4x4 they tested all those vehicles until the USA top dog 4x4 beats the sh*t out of all of them. American 4x4 is out of this world.
I tested Hilux Conquest, Ranger Wildtrak, Navarra Calibre X, BT50 Pangolin. All had similar prices. I was rooting for Navarra but was disappointed. I tested Ranger last because I dont like Ford's reliability but I was impressed with how quiet the engine was and how comfortable. Wildtrak was the most comfortable and packed more features. It felt like a crossover rather than a pickup truck. I ended up choosing the least I favored.
same here, i tested all possible pick up available, i was also rooting for navara and tested ford last also, but iba ang comfort at spacio ang binibigay ni ford, i stand 5"11 and widebody, parang masikip sa akin yun ibang pick up, lalo na si hilux. so i choosed ford, comfy kahit sa 2nd row ako umupo. at ang steering ni ford ang lambot, si hilux aside sa matagtag, ang steering wheel niya mabigat compared kai ford.
In 2023, I tested pickups at a similar price. Ford has a good look, a comfortable ride, but I can't stand Ford reliability. So I got a Mazda bt50 with Isuzu engine. I would never buy Mazda with Ford engine.
Bought Mazda BT50 4x2 this January. Lakas ng hatak at speed. 3.0 (isuzu) underrated compared sa lahat ng pick-ups (4 line engines) pero yung torque niya wide yung band. Experience ko siya na ang pinakamatulin (including dmax). Peace

Primary porpuse sa pick-up ay hauling (utilizing cargo bed) and towing (utilizing body-on-frame design and long wheelbase) capabilities. Kong gusto ang maganda na suspension na walang karga, doon tayo sa SUV.

Nice honest and straightforward review sir Levi. I am a Conquest owner for 8 months now, and i agree with your conclusion matagtag siya. I test drive also Estrada at masasabi ko na mas maganda ang ride comfort compare sa Hilux. Itong dalawa kasi ang pinagpilian ko kaso hindi pa nailabas ang Triton nung time na yun Sept 2023. So I ended up 2024 Hilux Conquest. Satisfied naman ako sa Hilux ko 1st pick up ko rin kasi at ito yung pick up na nakasanayan ko dito sa trabaho sa ME.
I have a lot of respect for your honest reviews, sir, but for me the most important thing is reliability. If I had a lot of money, I would definitely buy a Ford, but for someone like me in the middle class, someone who can only get a car through an installment loan, Japanese car like Nissan or Toyota is still my first choice, quality and low maintenance.
If you’re looking for comfort don’t go with pick up truck as they are not really for comfort but for hauling stuffs. Saka because these are pick ups, a review should include testing with loads at the back. This you see the real aspect of these pick up trucks.

He focused primarily on drive quality and comfort.. as much as i want the comfort of the ranger, it really has some issues with regards to durability. Its a pick up for city use and light hauling. This is based on experience.

I have the incoming Mitsubishi triton glx 2024 MT diamond white- tho its a lower version but still this review makes me confident that I chose the right pickup.
For me here's my list kung driving comfort ang pag uusapan. 1. Wildtrack 2. Navara 3. Triton 4. D-max 5. Hilux Note that isang factor lng ang driving comfort. Depende parin talaga kung anong purpose mo sa bibilhin mong pickup truck.

Those who havent yet driven the new generation Everest and Rangers. They are just next level refinement. NVH is awesome and the tech is just tops. The 5 year warranty made me get the new titanium everest in exchange for 17 titanium. Evwn when testing the new Rangers as compared to others everything else about them are instantly noticeble top notch or premium compared to others. Again the 5 year warranty calms the senses down😅 The only one who can compete at those point is the free 5 year PMS of Mazda BT50s with Isuzu power plant inside to me is just best of both world and value for money.

I am an ofw tech pro for 3 decades work on maintenance n construction projects. I observed the best reliable pick up trucks are no 1...toyota hi lux, 4x4 diesel engine 2.8 liter. 2nd is D max Isuzu, 3rd is Nissan, 4th is Mitshubishi. Surprising, all are japanese brand. These are very tough in the desert inviroments. I disregard US brand because they are gas guzzlers V8s.

Iba2 ang preferences ng mga drivers/owners at iba-iba din ang mga sasakyan. When you get a car pick the car that suits you. Very straight forward ganto dapat.
Additional note sa manual mode ng mga Fortuner at Hilux, they act more as "gear limiters". If it says S4 in the gauge, that means the car is free to choose from 1st gear until 4th gear. If the gauge says S6, you are just driving normally at that point since the car automatically chooses between 1st gear to 6th gear. Even when you are in S6 and you burry the throttle, the car will automatically still kickdown to a lower gear even if you manually set it to S6, but the gauge will still display S6.
What? The Hilux GR-S has more powerful engine than the Conquest. Its engine has already dethroned the Ranger Raptor as having the most powerful engine in its segment. The point of the GR-S badge should more be about performance increase than cosmetics. It's already a big change.

Meron akong Hilux conquest and totoo, matagtag talaga, so nag upgrade na ako ng suspension at ok na talaga sya. Pero gamit ko lang si hilux for kargahan at pang akyat ng bundok, not for comfort. And for comfort at city drive may kotse naman. Kung malalim bulsa mo, deretso kana sa Raptor. Maganda talaga sya overall.

Keep up the good work 🙂 For me, Mazda BT50 (for looks, free 5yr PMS and Isuzu engine reliability) and Triton (combination of reliability, modern design and refinement). I rather buy the most comfortable and refined pick up and use it for 5-10yrs THAN buying the most reliable and use it for 10-20yrs but couldn't give the most enjoyable and comfortable driving experience. IMO

I also got the BT50 Mazda. Relaxed engine and powerful, reliability and durability with a classy design. D common na nakikita sa daan. At sure na maaalagaan ng maayos sadakyan since 5 yrs pms sa dealership wala na iispin pa.
This is my first time watching this channel and I think this channel is highly underrated. Sobrang in-depth ng explanation niya sa bawat sasakyan sa video na to and super honest. Very fair review. Boils down to what you want out of your vehicle and more importantly what you use it for. The Ranger is geared towards lifestyle buyers and hence all the creature comforts it provides. The hilux is at the other end of the spectrum where most of its buyers use it as a work vehicle where primary concern is reliability and durability.
I trust toyotas for reliability but does not mean that i will not like this channel. I watched his reviews and he is spot-on. I am looking to try a different brand that's why i watched this. And i learned a lot . Good job, Levi. Keep up the good work.

Maganda mag test drive pag lahat yan may karga para malaman din diperensya pag meron ng karga which is yun naman talaga purpose ng pick up truck pang karga, pero dipende rin tlga kung saan gagamitin. Kung may farm ka and more on kargahan gagamitin yung pick up ill go for reliability tlga, pero kung for daily use pang service dun ka talaga sa comfort.

I’ll go through Mitsubishi Triton sir Levi sa lahat ng pick-up trucks natin po dito sa pinas. Sa looks nya talaga ako mas naconfident or something kasi po kakaiba yung Looks nya kesa sa iba. Kesa sa last model ni triton na si Strada, yes naandun pa rin naman yung parang history na “name” ni Strada sa All New Triton natin ngayun kay Mitsubishi, kasi para sakin sya yung masasabi nating talagang “ALL NEW” sa lahat na competitors pickup brands like Hilux GRS, Ranger Wild track & Ranger Raptor, & Navara.
Kaya i’ll choose “All New Triton Athlete” pickup truck, soon makakapag-test drive din kami ni erpat sa Mitsubishi.

Sa Totoo lang Dati palang kahit sa Review sa ibang Bansa Sir talagang ang nangunguna yung Triton . Kasi hindi talaga nag papahuli mapa speed, and other features. Pero sa Looks talaga maraming Pickup na mas maganda sakanya . Pero a side from that still Triton is The Best from other normal pickup to the Philippines Sir.

in the lower variant Navara (VE & Calibre X) dominates it all because it just copied the same power of the top of the line (Pro4x) but minus the weight of 4x4 and also the same ride comfort of the top of the line...the only downside is as mentioned in the video is transmission lag in lower gear but the ride control in high speed is excellent...the interior however is improved and updated across all Navara variants
Essentially no bad choices in the market, just choices depending on what you want. After driving the Ranger, Hilux and Triton so far, I'll get the Ranger for my needs.

With the current choices in the market, I don't think we can say that there really is any outright bad pickup truck out there. They just have a different blend of characteristics compared to one another. Personally, I like the D-Max/BT-50 as I find it to be the most balanced choice for my needs and priorities. I haven't fully test driven and checked out the Triton though, and that might change my mind.

Sa tagal ko nag research and test drive, yung top 2 mo yung naging top 2 choices ko rin. And I chose the Mitsubishi Athlete, since father ko naka Montero and kapatid ko naka Adventure, and I'm upgrading from Xpander Cross. Sa brand choice nalang naging deciding factor ko.

Same sentiments, kaya Next Gen Wildtrak din kinuha ko kahit ang daming bashers ng ford with the reliability issue(mostly mga di rin naman maka afford nagsasabi nun 😅). I value more the ride quality, driving dynamics, comfort, and quality of life improvements na mga features niya.

After considering ang price, looks, ride comfort, reputation ng reliability and durability.. ang mazda bt50 pangolin 4x4 top of the line ang napili namin. With free 5 yrs pms nga pala din kaya plus factor na din. Isuzu dmax din sya na binihsan ng mazda ang exterior.

I am from a ranger neighborhood, yung isang kapitbay ko may xlt at ang isa naman ay wildtrak at ako ang may pinakabagong ranger na 4x4 sport. Sa tagal na naming mag kapitbahay wala akong napansin na nag ka trouble ang mga old rangers ng kapit bahay ko. Pansin ko rin lahat kami ma alaga sa sasakyan kaya yun siguro ang dahilan kaya no problems ang mga ranger namin...

Pero kung aalagan at maayoa ang pag mamaneho mo walang magiging problema ang sasakyan, i have my 2018 everest for almost 6 years with 70k kms pero parang bago parin ang takbo. Kaya lumang tugtugin na ang ford is sirain.

This is by far the most real and honest review, unbiased. This is the proof that, brands has to capitalize on what they have at the moment, Ford leads this consistently, they listen to customers, they follow thru immediately by providing the most innovative product. hence the envy bashing from its competitors, understandably Hilux and the Navarra is at the end of its life cycle, hence their current ranking, but they still capitalized before enjoying the highest sales when they were first brought the variants out..But the dmax, they sure know how to waste good opportunity, decade in, decade out, yes, now they have the updates but still cannot keep up with ford, but when navarra and hilux comes out with their full model change, oh man, toyota and nissan surely knows how to heat up the competition only with ford, dmax will be bumped down at the last rank again and again, it gives me goosebumps to anticipate on how Ford, Nissan, and Toyota competes at a level, par and even ahead with their customers wants and needs. That 4j Engine is unrivaled, will never give its owners headache in the long run. When it comes to comfortability and driver aids it is far better as compared to the likes of the Hilux's shitty ride and a much decent interior than Navara's old looking crappy interior. 🤢 You rarely see unsatisfied Isuzu owners with their units, cause you'll never know the true sentiments if you never own one.

I have a brand bias with Isuzu. Thats why I got a Dmax and a MUX. Same engine. Its true, Dmax steering is really on the heavy side. Noticeable specially sa mga maniobra. The interior is decent but not classy. Despite the added tech, hindi siya that luxurious. Talagang its built as a workhorse. Ride is average but gets much smoother when loaded. But, when it comes to power and hauling no questions asked talaga. This UTE is built as a utility truck. It gets the job done with no fuzz. Proven and tested in our business. Unat na ang molye pero relaxed pa ang engine. Not on the fancy "good looking" ang design but it really is an extremely competent workhorse. Never let us down. Now the MUX is both an suv and a truck. It sits on a dmax chassis/frame and runs the same 3.0 engine on its bonnet.

@rapide12345 this is true actually. Driven the Conquest with the updated 2.8 and Triton GLS single-turbo, and the Mitsubishi felt just as powerful as the Toyota - even if it's down by 20Hp and 70Nm! Also why I'm not surprised when the difference vs the Athlete isn't huge, the single turbo version is almost just as responsive as the 2-stage version of the Triton.

Magandang review. walang bias. maganda naman lahat talaga yan mga pick-up na yan kahit ano bilin mo panalo. Pero kahit napanood ko to bago ako bumili nung pick-up. I will still choose the Navara. Mas prefer ko kasi yung design nya at engine. Tapos coil spring and mostly yung presyo.

Pag ikaw yung owner na aim for supreme Comfort, you either will own the car for a couple years, and will not haul heavy loads then go for Ranger, (Current) Navarra or Triton. Pero pag ikaw yung yung owner na will haul heavy loads, not looking for supreme comfort and with best reliability and you know you can keep in the long run not worrying about aftermarket parts go for Hilux, DMAX or Triton.
So the best middle ground right now is Triton in my own opnion.

Bago ako bunili ng Everest 7 years ago, daming nag discourage 😁kesyo may reliability issue daw, mahal daw ang parts , etc… pero since 2 years ko na inoobserbahan ang Everest at wala namang major issues, bumili ako .. I’m glad di ako naniwala sa sabi sabi … 7 years after at more than 140,000 odo , para pa ring bago ang Everest ko .. ang mura pa ng maintenance parts sa Shoppee at Lazada.. mas marami pa naging issue yong Montero ng kapitbahay ko 😆😆😆

Sir for me I choose ranger sport 4×4.. pangarap ko 4x4, c sporty ko sya lang ang affordable na 4x4..napaka practical, and fuel efficient. Very satisfied naman ako sa features ok na sakin.
Actually pick up was made tlaga for work horse, kargahan, pang baha. Pang bundok, all roads situation kaya tlagang ang tibay ay importante sa pick up, un issue na tatag na sinasabi ninyo sa hilux napaka daling lang gawan ng paraan like customizing the suspension. Pero ang makina ay tlagang subok na!

Nice review, Nadrive ko na ang Wildtrak at Navara. Totoo yung review nya regarding sa Transmission ng Navara, matagal ang change gear at may engine brake pag namali ka ng timpla pag low speed traffic. Hindi compatible ang Navara sa city driving, pero sobrang solid nya sa long drive. Sa power, mas gusto ko yung Navara, mararamdaman mo yung hatak. Sa Wildtrak naman, smooth ang ride, ganda din ng transmission, solid yung labas at loob. Ang negative lang na napansin ko sa Wildtrak, pag nasa high speed na, medyo parang lumilipad na sa sobrang gaan compared sa navara na parang kapit sya sa kalsada.

In an Australian documentary about 4x4 they tested all those vehicles until the USA top dog 4x4 beats the sh*t out of all of them. American 4x4 is out of this world.
Panalo ranger wildtrak ko, and I believe you sir levi. We owned all of the pick up trucks you tested kaya nitong huli nag wildtrak na talaga kami.
I tested Hilux Conquest, Ranger Wildtrak, Navarra Calibre X, BT50 Pangolin. All had similar prices. I was rooting for Navarra but was disappointed. I tested Ranger last because I dont like Ford's reliability but I was impressed with how quiet the engine was and how comfortable. Wildtrak was the most comfortable and packed more features. It felt like a crossover rather than a pickup truck. I ended up choosing the least I favored.
Ford's pickup trucks are reliable, also the Everest.
same here, i tested all possible pick up available, i was also rooting for navara and tested ford last also, but iba ang comfort at spacio ang binibigay ni ford, i stand 5"11 and widebody, parang masikip sa akin yun ibang pick up, lalo na si hilux. so i choosed ford, comfy kahit sa 2nd row ako umupo. at ang steering ni ford ang lambot, si hilux aside sa matagtag, ang steering wheel niya mabigat compared kai ford.

Bought Mazda BT50 4x2 this January. Lakas ng hatak at speed. 3.0 (isuzu) underrated compared sa lahat ng pick-ups (4 line engines) pero yung torque niya wide yung band. Experience ko siya na ang pinakamatulin (including dmax). Peace

Nice honest and straightforward review sir Levi. I am a Conquest owner for 8 months now, and i agree with your conclusion matagtag siya. I test drive also Estrada at masasabi ko na mas maganda ang ride comfort compare sa Hilux. Itong dalawa kasi ang pinagpilian ko kaso hindi pa nailabas ang Triton nung time na yun Sept 2023. So I ended up 2024 Hilux Conquest. Satisfied naman ako sa Hilux ko 1st pick up ko rin kasi at ito yung pick up na nakasanayan ko dito sa trabaho sa ME.

I have a lot of respect for your honest reviews, sir, but for me the most important thing is reliability. If I had a lot of money, I would definitely buy a Ford, but for someone like me in the middle class, someone who can only get a car through an installment loan, Japanese car like Nissan or Toyota is still my first choice, quality and low maintenance.
If you’re looking for comfort don’t go with pick up truck as they are not really for comfort but for hauling stuffs. Saka because these are pick ups, a review should include testing with loads at the back. This you see the real aspect of these pick up trucks.

I totally agree. Hindi yan tungkol sa brand na hindi no.1 dito. Sa review na ito nakalimutan siguro para saan ang pickups na dapat yan ang dala sa purpose nito.
Yan ang punto. Depinde yan para saan gamit mo at saan ang mahalaga sayo. Ang pickups tiyak maiba ang comfort mo kong may karga yan. Ang review sa video nito ay hinsi hangga sa primary purpose ng puckup.
He focused primarily on drive quality and comfort.. as much as i want the comfort of the ranger, it really has some issues with regards to durability. Its a pick up for city use and light hauling. This is based on experience.

Those who havent yet driven the new generation Everest and Rangers. They are just next level refinement. NVH is awesome and the tech is just tops. The 5 year warranty made me get the new titanium everest in exchange for 17 titanium. Evwn when testing the new Rangers as compared to others everything else about them are instantly noticeble top notch or premium compared to others. Again the 5 year warranty calms the senses down😅 The only one who can compete at those point is the free 5 year PMS of Mazda BT50s with Isuzu power plant inside to me is just best of both world and value for money.

all of those trucks are essentially best on their own ways. nasa preference pa rin ng tao kung anong gusto niyang kotse/pick-up, whatever good and bad reviews man ang gawin ng bawat car channel.
I am an ofw tech pro for 3 decades work on maintenance n construction projects. I observed the best reliable pick up trucks are no 1...toyota hi lux, 4x4 diesel engine 2.8 liter. 2nd is D max Isuzu, 3rd is Nissan, 4th is Mitshubishi. Surprising, all are japanese brand. These are very tough in the desert inviroments. I disregard US brand because they are gas guzzlers V8s.

Additional note sa manual mode ng mga Fortuner at Hilux, they act more as "gear limiters". If it says S4 in the gauge, that means the car is free to choose from 1st gear until 4th gear. If the gauge says S6, you are just driving normally at that point since the car automatically chooses between 1st gear to 6th gear. Even when you are in S6 and you burry the throttle, the car will automatically still kickdown to a lower gear even if you manually set it to S6, but the gauge will still display S6.

What? The Hilux GR-S has more powerful engine than the Conquest. Its engine has already dethroned the Ranger Raptor as having the most powerful engine in its segment. The point of the GR-S badge should more be about performance increase than cosmetics. It's already a big change.
