They were certainly American Masters of music! I used to work at a small Radio Station in Southern Indiana where I had to play Gospel on Sunday. Everytime I played Jim & Jessie it made my job easier and more fun.

They came to my area and put on a show at an orphan's home in the upper part of the County in 1997. I went to see them & it was excellent. Last time that I saw them in person. Real people

I heard Jim and Jesse do this song on some tv program in 1987.. and have been looking for the recording every since.
Aparently, it's no longer available. The brothers no longer have copies, and the master recordings are not even to be found - it's just gone.
So thanks for posting this - really nice stuff!

Just listen to glen duncan on the fiddle on this song. This is fiddle playing at its best. some of the best i have ever heard.
