    Matthews has terrible starting form. He has his left arm forward with his left leg forward. He should have either his right arm forward or his right leg forward. The correct form is driving the hand forward that is alternate the leg with the knee driving forward. Matthews could easily be 0.1 to 0.2 seconds faster with the correct form.
