The song is from a narcissistic pov where they see their mistakes but still thinks of themselves as the good guy, so to answer your question yes but Idk about if Xana actually feels this way about herself or she just wrote it to fit the album

She was in a self-loathing moment reflecting on her mistakes and bad decisions, and felt like a monster although the eventually came to realize she is just an imperfect human trying her best. She didn't say this part, but I'm guessing this was written after the fallout from her Homewrecking Era muse
