Hi Amy always great to see you, loving your Dynamo. I''m a little behind trying to finish Clue 1 and loving it. Just got back from the Netherlands visiting family members. Had the pleasure of picking up my yarn at Stephen and Penelope what a treat. My 15 year old grand nephew and his sibling was our tour guide in Amsterdam. Using Stephen's Tricycle yarn in green and gray. I'm Team Brioche so I will be adding a mohair dare. Your star flake shawl is beautiful. I have this shawl pattern and one of my goals for 2025. Love the updates.
I am really enjoying this MKAL..currently working on Clue 3....it's a lot of knitting but not difficult at all. Your colors are just outstanding😍. It was great to see you on Fiberchats this past week. Thanks for sharing your progress with us. Your weekend away sounds amazing!
Hello, Pittlochery is so lovely I was there 2 days before the Scottisch yarnfestival and I stayed there in The Courrie Inn. So very cosy and a lovely landlady. You have to come to Holland some day. I've met you at the Festival on 7 sept and it was so lovely to meet you. I want to buy that tarot deck its so beautifull and means a lot to me. But for now I don't make the shawl I am busy with a colourfull tunic but next year I want to go for the second time to the SYF and then I want to buy a lot of wool from Ginger twist. Now I waiting for the Yarnfestival in Breda. I'm so exited!!!😊 much love from me and I think the rest of us from Holland who know you🥰
hello Amy! Personally I do not participate in the mkal, but I am actively following all the happenings around it and the progress of the you tuber community. It is so exciting watching the variations and solutions on one single project,, I really love the whole idea of togetherness. I do not participate because I somehow feel guilty leaving an extensive amount of FO's and todo's to do another project I am going to finish who-knows-when 😂. Maybe, when I retire I will join all of you in this great gang. ❤
your shawl is looking very moody and autumnal! i amn very much looking forwards to your video footage of the enchanted forest experience, it sounds amazing!
I am loving the MKAL. Clue 3 is taking me quite some time, but I absolutely love the look so far. I love your color choices. I might have to make the Starflake. Thanks for the card reading!
Your shawl is looking lovely ❤❤ and I love your mini episodes. I’m also knitting on the MKAL with a Rings of Power inspired theme for my colours and I also have a podcast and have been doing little episodes for my shawl too which has been lovely ❤️💕
I really like your colours Amy they look so rich. I don’t have an issue with pain and brioche but like you I’m a flicker I think rather than a thrower but I also use picking with flicking for colour work so I might try your idea, thank you.
Really enjoying the clues so far. Yours is beautiful. You make lovely colour combinations. Enjoyed your update. Thank you. Your little break away sounded amazing too ❤
Your Go Go Dynamo is looking fabulous Amy, I've just finished clue 2, yeah, and will begin clue 3 tomorrow afternoon. I'm fairly new to brioche, the first section went exceptionally well....the second go round not so much😢. I tried to fix it, but decided not to make any further unravelling mess and carried on happily. I've duplicate stitched over a part of the mistake and its hidden it well. So at the end of the MKAL I'll continue the duplicate stitching for 15" yes that's how much I did wrong😮. I now love brioche and will learn how to fix mistakes ready for the next brioche project. Many thanks for sharing your MKAL journey, it's very inspiring. So good to be part of this (1st time Westknits MKAL for me). See you at the end of clue 3. P.s. really enjoyed the card reading, I don't know anything about Tarot, yet😊. X
Wonderful colors could not do the meal this year finishing up too many other projects on needles this fall…so what’s new , yes! Love these short sections. I always savor them. So do you have a birthday knit this year?
I love seeing your progress on this daring project.
Just love your Starflake shawl Amy ❤.

I love yoour colors. Thanks for the tip about doing brioche knits using the yarn in the left hand, I'll try that sometimes.
