This report is to be taken with huge grains of salt. As an aware Arab I can assure you that we do indeed speak a common language as a nation but we don't understand or listen to each other. The result is a divided nation with no common vision , no common principles and no synchronized efforts. Everyone is more preoccupied with leading the nation rather than focusing on the common goal. All foreign powers have been exploiting this for decades and still no signs for changes happening any time soon.
What ever religion a state beliefs when this state possess each personal agenda who doesnt care for peace, unity , prosperity ,doesnt respect its others opinions,tradition, culture, theres always be conflicts.

Palki is a good journalist! I didn't realize that Iran was such a big threat to the Arab world in spite of having lived in the UAE for nearly 4 decades! I found them to be very cultured and hard-working individuals! The Iranian Hospital in Dubai has been operating for many decades helping the citizens of UAE with health care!
My understanding is as follows :
1. There is a fundamental difference between the Shia & Sunni belief system that is the crux of the problem.
2. There is a great deal of mistrust between the Arab leaders and Iran for some reason or the other!
3. The West is mainly concerned with safeguarding the Oil for their very own interests and creating division so as to sell arms!

Why do we even think Iran is such a dire threat in the first place? I mean it's a country with smart people and ancient culture... It's nice to see it coming out of sanctions gradually. Saudi Arabia is a monarchy, a dictatorship ship is forcing yourself to power from a democratic state, like what Bashar Al Assad is doing.
But monarchies are different they actually care about their citizens and their citizens love their Kings and Royals. For example King Salam and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman are really popular and loved in Saudi Arabia. You’ll see their picture everywhere.
Saudi Arabia has king , Syria has Dictator. Both are same , terminology is different....

You cannot compare a country (Turkey) which domestically produces its all kinda weapons and exports them to other countries to a country (Egypt) which imports weapons across national boundaries. Turkey is also a NATO member and must produce all the military equipments at the highest quality to meet NATO quality standarts and certificates. Egypt doesn't have that necessarity.
Different regions are starting to form military alliances now. Looks like they're preparing for something. I hope the world doesn't have to come that.

Excellent report... I am sending this to other people so they can understand the true depth of what is going on and this is truly historic! I envision these countries putting their differences aside, and eventually following the model that is between Israel and UAE where they officially recognize Israel and formalize ties with embassies in each others countries and free trade and tourism as well. Even more so, will be some of the sweet Israeli tech which is basically US tech that was modified and improved, though I am sure Israel will keep the best for themselves.. Give it 5 years, and these countries will be a lot closer to each other, even including the ones that Israel fought in 1967. This is unprecedented and historic, and may pave the way for a prosperous future between these countries that in some cases hated each other.
One more thing I would like to point out @ 6:17 is on the list where it shows the firepower index. UAE is on the list showing the firepower for their own military, but there is a large US base with F22's and all other sorts of top notch goodies that are the most sophisticated and advanced in the world, and it would be realistic to count that in since that hardware with US Troops would be involved if the shit hits the fan and UAE gets into a fight with Iran. Also, Israel has all kinds of other advanced tech they keep under wraps the same way the US does and the goodies will be used only if absolutely needed. Then consider the fact that Israel DOES have nukes which they will neither confirm or deny, and its believed to be up to 500 of them and many of these warheads are likely on their Jericho missiles and they are not afraid to use them if there is no other choice. One famous situation that I heard came up (but cannot be confirmed) during the Gulf War.. Sadaam in Iraq was sending Scud missiles into Israel, and a threat was made to Sadaam that if any of the Scuds contained chemical or other WMD's, that Baghdad would be vaporized within 30 mins or less. This is very very likely to be a true story, and because of their Nukes, they truly should be at the top of the power score list.
