    Captain, you ruined a perfectly good piece of beef. It was way over cooked and then you added insult to injury by adding A-1 steak sauce. Dude, I cried watching you cook this steak. But I will continue to watch your videos. I got hooked on your channel when I lived in Kenya, Africa. I now live in Missouri, USA. “Fair Winds and Following Seas”. Captain Johnny !

    Weight savings idea. If you swapped your three 12v 100ah agm trolling motor batteries at 60lbs each for one 36v lithium battery at 59lbs that would be huge. I can’t find a 36v lithium on Amazon but Dakota battery has a 36v 63ah battery 59lbs that would work and eliminate 120lbs onboard. Although you have 100ah batteries you can only use about half (50ah)without damaging the battery so 63ah is actually more capacity. It also charges much faster .

    • @OutOnTheReef
      @OutOnTheReef  3 роки тому

      The max capacity is 10 persons or 1400 lb
      All the gear that i have added is about
      1000 lb to 1100 lb for rough Seas that a lot of weight that like a total of 7 people on board. But remember the maximum capacity doesn't mean is for rough sea navigation is for being on a calm lake👍
