I chose to live with my parents until i was 30 and then bought a house with a 50% deposit. Now im in my late 30's im almost 38 and i had paid my house off 2 years ago so lifes pretty easy with no mortgage. So end of the day from 20 to 30 is along span of time and you can still do alot of things like party and have fun but also be responsible and save.
I appreciate your story. I'm 26 right now and I feel like I'm so behind sometimes. Oh well I can't give up and I have to get my shit together. Thanks brother.

You have the most energy in your 20s.The older you get , the less drive , passion , determination you have . You gain responsibilities the older you get . When you’re young you have less responsibilities so you can afford to take more risks

Brandon the avg person makes 15-25 an hour. Even if they work 100 hours a week, most likely they’ll be making $60k a year. The 100k a year is still barely possible.
Why be average? Learn the skills to not be average. I used to work as an accountant making 70k. Learned how to sell and switched careers now I’m at 140k. Stop coping and limiting yourself

I swear i was always thinking like that the 20s are the beste time to live… I was in Bali this year in the most fancy club when I heard how much they charge for vip I was thinking no man that’s to much for me. When I entered the club I saw only 40+ 50+ men (millionaires) siting in the vip spending 500$ each bottle with the hottest chicks in the club…. They had more fun this day then I had my whole vacation that’s the truth… it opened my eyes since them I work my ass of I am not motivated I am driven

Sleep 8 hours a day,work around 12 hours a day and spend rest of the time relaxing.
