Thank you for the nice review. You have a great smile btw! Can you tell me if they will run the cost of the massage directly through my insurance or should have to do that myself? Also, I might need more help in the hot-cold-hot nordic spa techniques. Are they helpful to people who are new to this?
Great questions! They won't run the receipt through your insurance for you, but they provide a printed one with all of the info you need on it to claim yourself. And all the staff are very helpful with the nordic spa process - especially for beginners!
Hi Julie. Yes, that is what they normally do. Sometimes they will let people who are getting massages into the baths before their massage as well. But, most do the baths after.
I'm glad I found your channel. I'm planning on going. Would you be able to recommend me a place to stay overnight near the spa and also since I don't have a car it is there any ways to get around? Thank you very much, and keep it the good work 👏
Thank you so much for watching! There are some really incredible places to stay close by. The Trillium Weston Hotel in Blue Mountain Village. It's a bit pricey, so if you're looking for a budget option, The Holiday Inn Express in Collingwood is brand new and pristine.
Great question, Felipe. The answer is "yes!" I believe at this time you are allowed access to the baths 2-3 hours prior to your massage, as well as after. Depending on how things go with the pandemic, this may change.
Great question, Carla! There are no rooms to stay at the spa itself, but soooo many amazing hotels close by. Last year, Andrew and I stayed at the Trillium Westin Hotel right in the Blue Mountain Village at the base of the ski slope. It was a 2 minute drive from the spa and there is a cluster of 5 or 6 hotels right there.
@@tvorlova1 Right now, the hot tubs, cold plunges, solariums, firepits, outdoor loungers, etc. are all open. The only things not open are the steam room and saunas.
Thank you! I’ve been wanting to go here for years! It’s definitely on my bucket list.
Awesome, Tiffany! I hope you get the chance to go soon - you will love it. :)
So nice to see some local reviews! In Ontario :-) thank you as I have wanted to go check this out!
Awesome! Love hearing from fellow Ontarions. :) You will love this spa - it's my happy place...
Thank you Jen , for such a great review .....
Happy to! Thanks so much for watching :)

Thank you for your review. I'm just wondering if its alright that they do massage first before the bath?

Is there access to the baths before you get the massage or just after?

Hi there! Can we rent a bathrobe there? I did not find anything in there website that we can rent a robe. Thanks
Hi there - YES, you can definitely rent a robe! If you get a massage before using the baths, your robe rental is FREE. :)

Maybe next time my fiance and I can try there next time we're in that area. But we did have a nice time in Stayner, Collingwood and Wasaga Beach.
Sounds like you had such a great time, Sabrina!
@@JennLeast we did. Even got a rare selfie together lol.
And if you wanted to stay the night so they have places to stay?

I would like saunas, weerpool??? It’s open or not?
If only massage, I can do in Toronto
