What kind of NP has a better chance to First Assist , FNP or Acute Care NP?
Either one Both have to get first assist license
At some point FNP would not be allowed to work in the hospital, so it is best to go after Acute Care NP

who is still hiring RNFAs over CSFAs, and why?
it is cheaper to hire RNFA NP because it is ony 1 person who can help in surgery and see patient post up. CSFA can only assist during surgery , but they could not see post up patient, so company have to hire 2 people.
