Just watched the movie half an hour back , Ryan and Chris were amazing, dhanush was a surprise and all I can say is I pretty much enjoyed it . But gonna watch twice today with you guys 😘😘

Since russo brother said dhanush did the action with ease. All I want is dhanush call the these stunt people and apply them in his indian films. No more slow mo fight scene or anti gravity fight scene. Vikram is our first stepping stone.
I would prefer action scenes with wide angle slo-mo shots over close up shaky cam quick cuts any day! Hollywood is obsessed with close up shaky cam quick cuts ever since Bourne series became popular.
Bro there are good action movies but vikram is not a great action movie(as far as action set peices are concerned) the action was half baked and did not have any impact, the choreography was very average(expected more from anbariv the action director) the punches were not landing as they should have,the point is the action was very average in vikram it was the camera movement, direction and the background music which made it a good one time watch.
The action sequences were dope 💥 The cinematographer did a great job but to be honest I found Dhanush's character a bit forced....no back story....no clarification on exactly what he wants and in the end he just leaves..... overall a good ride to go once 🤘

Some of the shots and the camera work in this movie was just chef's kiss. I watched an interview of the Russo Brothers where they said they wanted to experiment and have fun with new technology regarding camera work and it totally shows in this.

True, The Nice Guys would be a great movie to be acquainted to his acting acumen at first. In TGM, the character itself was bland (albeit not in the books), so I doubt Ryan could have done much there.
If it was Micheal bay direction, drones would have been used more creatively.. Dude you got Chris Evans and Ryan Gosling if drones shots follow up were used while the Prague sequences it would have lit up 🔥🔥🔥. And plane tearing up was not clean. Editing has taken off lot of scenes if we see some cuts for shot after shot in a continuation..
