Preparation before vacuuming :
1. Make sure the tank cover, drain valve cover, and pressure relief valve are tightly closed to prevent air leakage.
2. Fill the water tank of the vacuum pump (make sure the clean water tank is full before working).
Inhalation operation method :
1. Check whether the vacuum pump is normal.
2. Remove the sewage suction hose from the sewage suction truck and place it in the sewage pool to ensure that the sewage suction hose can suck sewage normally .
3. Start the engine, step on the clutch, open the power take-off, and slowly release the power take-off to start the vacuum pump of the sewage suction truck.
4. Place the four-way valve conversion handle in the suction position, check whether the air is discharged from the air pipe correctly, whether the vacuum pump makes any sound when running, and whether the vacuum gauge is normal.
5. When the sewage is pumped to the red line of the sewage pipe, immediately step on the clutch, turn off the power take-off, and slowly release the clutch.
6. Turn the four-way valve to the middle position and remove the suction hose .
Methods of discharging sewage :
1. Open the ball valve at the end of the tank to discharge part of the sewage .
2. Open the mechanical locking hook, turn on the power take-off, push the handle to the rear cover open position, and the sewage will flow out automatically .
3. Turn the handle to the tank lifting state, and the remaining sewage in the tank can be discharged .
Recovery after the operation :
1. Place the hydraulic cylinder operating lever in the "down" position. After safely descending, check whether there is dirt on the tank door flange and sealing ring, and clean them with a brush.
2. Set the tank door opening and closing lever to "close" and safely close the rear door .
3. Insert the clamping device screw into the screw hole on the tank side and turn the handle until the rear tank door is tightened.
