I think he has split custody with his ex-wife. When Basel surprised Kuya Hazem in France, Rafael wasn't with him. He didn't appear until a few days later

Please tour Dr. Hazem to the best hospitals in the Philippines, some few of them are located in Alabang like the Asian Hospital and Medical Center and many more. Allow him to explore our hospital facilities, familiarize the Philippine setup and please have him meet our doctors, practitioners, specialists, nurses, everyone, build friendship with the Philippine doctors in which even if he is back in France he can still continue to communicate with our Filipino doctor friends. Please expand or widen his horizon in the Philippines. Please have him familiarize with our malls and everything. Mall culture in the Philippines is huge. Hope Dr. Hazem and our beloved adorable Rafael will stay in the Philippines for good. Please also have Dr. Hazem visit your land in the beautiful Laguna, which also have the new one of the largest Landers International Superstore opened I think near Nuvali in Sta.Rosa Laguna. Feeling ko lng din. Pakiramdam ko talaga France ung magiging final country of residence nilang lahat. I see nothing wrong with it tbh. Ako din nmn, if I had the financial capacity to move elsewhere outside of the Philippines I would choose any country in Europe preferably Ireland, Italy, Spain, France, or Switzerland pero hindi sa city kundi sa rural areas. Ung tipong may villa ka at farm.
