They sound so fucking amazing live. Courtney's vocals are on point, her range is amazing and she has great technique on everything from the singing to the screams and growls. The band is fucking on point too . Every member is so talented and that's why this band is one of the best bands out there. It's a shame it took so long for them to get the recognition and love they deserve, but I'm so happy it's finally happened💙 The only thing I'm sad about is that I was supposed to see them in November at Rockville but had to cancel my tickets. I was so looking forward to seeing them but hopefully I'll be able to next year.

Call me an asshole or whatever, but there's something really wholesome about seeing a female vocalist just wearing clothes, instead of an outfit that's clearly for attention and to make a statement. It's down to Earth and it shows a respect for the audience as well as the performer themselves. Not saying I don't recognise that some performers are at the mercy of others when it comes to performance attire. Sure, sometimes looking sexy is great and it's done purely for the sake of showing off because you got it, why not flaunt it, but when it takes away from the music and the actual performance, then it seems shallow. And yes, I apply this to males also, there's very little need to be shirtless on stage unless you're headlining a summer show and it's hot and sweaty as fuck.
I really like your thoughts here. I agree. I’ll add that I think dressing for the story you’re telling on stage is important. Like a theater show, it’s a costume. It’s important to remember not every character’s intent is to seduce. Lol

Sorry guys. I'm pushing 50, I still love Metal but I grew up listening to the pioneers and this just still seems a bit popish to me. I'm not saying it's shit, they sound tight and are good at what they do, just not what I consider Metal. We all like different flavors.

Good job. But it's kind of too bad that Courtney needs to always be in pedestrian mode and strolling back and forth across the stage. Her back is turned to half the audience almost all the time. If I were at the concert, I'd wish that she would be more centered and performing similar to how she is in the singles videos. I loved how confident and into the music she looked in the live Mara Effect.
I love this band, and have always been a fan of Courtney since her Unicron days! However, I feel like the guitar tone they use is SOOOOOOOOOO cliche. I really wish they would change up the tone. The pick scrapes are AWESOME and love that, but when they do the slow chugging sections, it just sounds like every other metal band... Still love them!! Just saying!
They sound good but have absolutely no stage presence. Boring, really. Hopefully playing live more will help then with this but right now they look like a studio band who doesn’t know what to do with fans present.
Moving forward I want all Spiritbox albums to be related to a color and Courtney's hair needs to match.
