The last 2 episodes were supposed to be one long episode but Kesha had legal issues that kept her from appearing on the show until they got worked out so that second part was cut and didn’t air until halfway through season 2
Favorite character by far for me is Stolas. I can't fully explain since it woul involve spoilers.
The other spots would go to Blitz and Fizz.
1:37 Actually at least IMP, the business building, has to be in pride as Sinners are restricted to the Pride ring and cannot traverse outside of it. They would have no customers if they were anywhere else, though since the demons of IMP are hellborn they can travel between Rings.

Also not sure if you realized this or not, but Millie’s sister Sally Mae is actually trans. As well as the imp in the last episode that knows Blitzø. You can tell their biological sex from their horns. Males have larger white and black stripes while females have mostly black with thin white stripes.
And the photo that made Blitz cry was of him, his sister and their mother.

1:04:00 There are several rings, the one in Hazbin Hotel is the Pride ring, where all the sinners are stacked because of the overpopulation problem, the other rings are all for hellborns, who have a normal society (for the most part) and are not necessarily evil despite being in Hell, some example of Hellborns are people like Charlie who is the daughter of Lucifer, or the imps, The Goetia family (so basically Stolas, the owl guy) and so on... sinners like Alastor, Carmilla Carmine, Sir Pentious and so on were all humans once and are all in the pride ring, the several sectors you can see in various episodes of Hazbin Hotel is Pentagram city, which is like a huge metropoly where each Overlord (also sinners) has a territory, in short almoat like some kind of Mafia
